Food is ok
if in the Dempsey aera it s pleasant to stop for a juice avtually I was not going to write a review as it s been reviewed by so many and I had not much more to add , but our visit with a visiting guest today prompted me to change my mind.. This is the second time in less than one week that we have lunch / drink there and on each occasion the service was simply so unfriendly .
Inattentive staff slow service and making no effort to be pleasant
There are other places with better service

My husband and I celebrated our 30th Wedding Anniversary here with our family. Love the view of the natural trees and greenery which you can enjoy from the inside of the restaurant through its full length windows. You can also opt to sit outdoors right next to the greenery. They also have the most amazing floral/plant decor in the restaurant. Love the many photo opportunities! The crispy roast chicken, truffle fries and red velvet cake are highly recommended! Service was excellent too !
Highly recommended for birthdays, anniversaries, dates !

I had an amazing time at the PS cafe. Qun Jie friendly and attentive Kudos !! He made the whole experience so much better. But I am extremely disappointed with the staff at the cake counter. I was ordering a slice of cake to surprise my mum for her birthday but they were extremely rude, and did not want to attend to me or answer my query on whether there is any candles available. I was even told rudely to order the cake directly from my table despite telling her that it was meant to be a surprise so I wanted to order from the cake counter instead. Bad experience from the staff at the cake counter but it was a great overall experience.

I went here on Valentine’s Day and despite having a reservation, I still had to queue. I did not have much of an issue with this but it shouldn’t be this way.
The server that attended to us was great, however the food was very average for its price and for that price range, you could get much better food elsewhere. That’s for the dinner menu, however I still love the brunch menu.
The ambience was average.

From start to end, the service was the most condescending and unappealing I’ve ever received in any P.S cafe outlet I’ve visited.
The door host was actively ignoring us by the door, without acknowledging us and we put it to being busy since it’s a Friday evening. As we waited our turn, a man came over to tell us to line up where we were already standing, and told us someone would be by shortly in a dismissive tone. That’s fine, I thought, they’re busy.
The food runners were absolutely pompous and acted as if it was a chore to bring us our drinks and food. Both were Chinese girls, one was very tall. I tried to chalk it up to being very busy but even my partner was taken aback at this point.
The saving grace of the evening was Cherry, who was so personable and even striked up a conversation with my son, and was sweet and charming throughout the times she came by the table. This was refreshing, since we had already relented to the fact that the evening would be less than stellar.
Shortly before 8:30pm (which is when we were told they needed the table back), a lady came running by to tell us they needed the table back, we had already clearly paid the bill and were getting our things to leave but that really solidified the bad taste in our mouths.
Would not think of visiting again, unless we see Cherry again because despite how “busy” it was, she really made up for the evening with her personality.
Everything else was an absolute disappointment, kid’s cheeseburger was dry as a bone, penne was hard and not in the al-dente way and also had barely any flavour, the butterscotch sauce was burnt as well. I must say the lamb chops were decently done though.
Let me just say that we were in no way unpleasant to anyone, so no - it was not a Karen treatment, most of the staff was blatantly being stuck up for no right reason.

I visit PS Cafe Harding Road a lot and always bring visitors. They love it and I am rarely dissatisfied. However, on Thursday the service was terrible and it spoilt the evening. We were there about 1 hour longer than necessary as no one came to our table without me literally having to walk over and grab someone. We were ignored by all waiting staff on every occasion and when they did bring our food they wanted to hurry the mains when we were still on starters. No one apologised when I said anything but from start to finish service was the worst ever and it has left a bad taste as my usually preferred local.

Despite all the hype over this newly opened outlet, service standards were rather disappointing for several reasons:
1) on arrival (even with reservations made beforehand), we were made to wait in line for a good 15mins despite there being empty tables available. It was strange how only 1 specific service staff (a guy) was allowed to seat waiting guests while other service staffs went around (not all were busy!)
2) placing orders for food proved another level of challenge. Seated indoors at a corner, despite making eye contact (and being acknowledged!), you will have to wait another 10mins
3) do note when making advance reservations via their central hotline, you are allocated a time limit of 1.5hrs (how strange!)
My take: avoid the east coast branch especially on weekends and friday evenings. For the same price you pay, might as well patronise other outlets.

I booked a reservation at 7.45pm, but only got seated at around 8pm. The host was polite and apologetic, and it was a saturday evening so we understood. Ambience: Didnt understand the hype around the scenery, it was just us getting fed by mosquitoes, with little to no fan or ventilation at all.
THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. For a plate of Spicy King Prawn Aglio Olio that costs $29.50 (without gst & service charge), it tasted bland and doesn’t have a hint of aglio olio taste or herbs taste at all. When we asked our waiter, his reply was "it's the aglio olio style, not aglio olio". OK... So a plate with salted spaghetti noodles with a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Guess I can open a restaurant now too!
The other dishes (Impossible burger and Roasted Chicken) were also MEH for the price of $30 each. The only acceptable dish was probably the truffle fries, but it also wasn’t special, i’ve had better ones elsewhere at a cheaper price point.
Although we understand that they are severely understaffed and busy, we had to request for items 2-3 times before we got them. To PS cafe management, if you are understaffed, close down. Overworked staff means bad food and poor customer service.
This is my first visit to any PS Cafe outlet, and I will never be going back. For a bill totaling $120, there are wayyyyyyy better options. Save your money.

I've been to this place couple of times now and it never failed me.. The food,people the busy ambiance always have it going for me came with my girlfriend for a quick bite and Jasvyni(hope I said it right) assisted us with the menu and food suggestion has a very welcoming warm tone which was exactly what we needed after a long day she walked us through all the dessert we were looking to order certainly knows her food.though we ended up ordering coffee and sandwiches.I wish more waitress would be like her I've been to many other places in Singapore and you don't see much staff giving you a warm welcome or attending to your enquires and make you feel wanted,will definitely bring more friends to this place like I always do.

Went here for lunch with my boyfriend for our anniversary last week. It was a quiet Thursday afternoon and the weather that day was particularly nice so we took the outdoor seating. The lush greenery and ambience was incredibly beautiful, not to mention the beautiful flower arrangement by the hostess counter you see when you walk through the front doors. The waitress on duty were very attentive and made us feel welcome here. Ordered the truffle fries of course, the aglio olio, steak sandwich and 2 glasses of their classic sangrias. Did not have to wait long for the food to come out. The food was delicious and flavourful and the sangrias were very refreshing. Our waitress came by our table a few times to make sure everything was okay and made sure we were well taken care of. Such a wonderful experience here. Would definitely come back to dine, and even just come here for afternoon tea.

Dear PS.Cafe,
I patronized the restaurant @ Harding on the 3rd of August 2020. I am writing this to share the wonderful experience my fiancee and I had. The service delivered by each and every one of the staff were excellent. One in particular, delivered impeccably, hence we are giving our highest commendations to David.
We were well aware that the establishment did not cater to certain dietary restrictions. However, he made our dining experience exceptional by briefing us thoroughly on the menu. We appreciated how he tries to cater to our restrictions by different recommendations and were pleasantly suprised at how thorough and vast his knowledge on the menu is. We loved the experience there and will definitely come back.
We highly recommend to try the Sticky Date Pudding as it is amazing. The cakes were also huge in portion, and definitely worth every calorie!

The customer service provided was excellent. As it is a cafe I did not expect such a high class restaurant esque service. The service staff, Raja, was very friendly as he joked around with us. He also made sure we were okay with the food and asked for our opinions, this made me feel like my feedback was valued. Other staffs also ensured that the food was delivered timely and that our glasses were constantly filled with water. Definitely recommended!!

Had a great time at PS Cafe yet again.
The ambience at Harding needless to say, cozy and relaxing.
I see the menu being refreshed from time to time which is good for returnee like us not getting bored with the varieties.
We were impressed with the staff at the outlet, in particular Keith. He is not only attentive to our needs (i.e. topping warm water / additional cutleries for sharing / removing plates fully consumed), Keith serves from his heart. In fact my guests and I were complimenting Keith going extra mile to ensure the guests are well taken cared. Well done Keith.
We will certainly be back again and again !

Walked into a beautiful setting and a very warm welcome from Marvin and his team Xin Ying, our dining experience started with Phad Thai Salad, a superb choice. Fresh and crunchy with a slight hint of heat. Perfect! Then came Fish & chips with the creamy mashed pea dip and followed by Crispy Roasted Chicken and crab tart! All this time, our glasses were filled with bubbles by Xin Ying. So attentive! Then we finished off with buttery carrot cake and moist rich banana cake with vanilla ice cream. Just awesome! The staff were in protective gear and maintained a great standard of hygiene. We really appreciate your care and such a great experience.

We were served by Elyn when we had lunch at PS Cafe (Harding Road) on Friday, 10th Jan 2020.
It was a delight to have been served by Elyn. She was attentive, pleasant, proactive & amiable.
We enjoyed our experience so much that we stayed for dessert and a 2nd round of drinks after our main course.
It's very evident that Elyn loves her job by the way she serves customers. She's a true professional and an asset for any F&B establishment to have her in employment.
Thank you for making our lunch experience awesome, Elyn!
You've made PS Cafe one of our favourite restaurants to go to!
