Only upset is the live station. staff need training, not putting customer at priority rather keep doing their job while not noticing customer is in front waiting to be served. The chicken and duck is totally unacceptable, too dry and poorly chopped skill. very below...average for the Live station. price for the buffet does not justify for it. Really overpriced and fairly mediocre. Part of the reason I booked at the Fullerton was to have an easy evening where we didn't have to leave the hotel at all for the last night of our vacation. The room was expensive, but it came with...a $200 dining credit, so I booked a dinner at Town. Not worth it! There are a variety of options, but most of them are poorly cooked or not up to par. The shrimp/prawns were tough and dry. Rolls were a bit stale. Sashimi tasted fishy (not fresh.) Several of the dishes seemed to have MSG or yeast extract in them (which gives my wife migraines... and even I woke up to a headache, and that's not normal for me!) The only high quality things were the desserts/pastries. But those can be bought for $10-20 (not $200+) right there in the hotel lobby. And the price was ridiculous! Our $200 credit didn't even cover a single dinner for two people (with no drinks, since not even a beer or wine is included in the price)... it came to $140 per person!! Quite frankly, this meal was a ripoff... (they even insisted on seating us in an "obstructed view" table that was next to a wall/column with no window, so we couldn't enjoy the view.)More

The buffet restaurant was very nice and the service was very good. We went there for my wife’s birthday and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. We stayed at the Fullerton Hotel for a few days. Breakfast selection was very good. However, the Town Manager (a lady) was very brusque and rude, in telling us, "We need the table back soon". It was 10.45 am, and we certainly were aware that...breakfast is until 10.30, but she could certainly have been more polite in informing us. Service was generally good except for that particular lady. I've dined at Town a number of times, and this is the first time that I've experienced such a rude staff. Ala carte food choices for lunch and dinner are a bit limited. Food was generally quite good.More

We stayed here a while back on our first visit to Singapore, it is a beautiful hotel. We dined in Town too and it wasn't a stand out experience, especially staff attitudes. We decided to try it again, it must have improved over the years?...Its still a beautiful hotel and the décor of Town has not changed much but the staff are so much nicer. It wasn't busy (we had a reservation but didn't seem necessary) and we were offered inside or terrace seating. It was a very warm night, so inside was a more comfortable option. We had a simple meal, fish and chips and a burger, so not pushing the kitchen much. It was all very good, the burger (waygu beef) was especially good and comprehensively stacked with bacon, cheese, fried egg, tomato and lettuce in a soft sweet brioche bun and we had lovely, friendly attentive (without going over board) service. And, (broken record again) very expensive!More

This is the main restaurant within the Fullerton Hotel Singapore. Extremely well presented with tables available both inside, and outside overlooking the river. Staff excellent and helpful Our first cups of coffee x 2 cost just on $S28/$A30…ouch! Breakfast the following morning, two American style...set us back $S 106/$A115, double ouch! Service was great, our attendant, Natasha, made my friends, family and myself feel extremely comfortable with her amazing hospitality and service. She made our dinner more pleasant and scrumptious. The food was delectable, extremely diverse with arrays of food from different cuisines, from Indian food...to Japanese food., each cuisine as tasty as the next. The ambience was terrific to say the least, classy interior design, jazz music in the background, dim candlelit-like lighting, and an outstanding view of the central business district. It was an outstanding experience.More

natasha was very active thru out the dinner server, she served us all with accuracy and haste. she was very helpful as well in any inquires we had and was always in a pleasant mood to help us with whatever we needed.

My wife and I were staying in Singapore for a week late Jan early Feb to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary and as special occasion, I booked our final night out at the Town Restaurant (the Tuesday before hand when we went for the High...Tea) at an outside table overlooking the river. I reconfirmed via email and received a quick reply from Hope, confirming our booking for the 4th Feb was still 'good to go' and they were looking forward to having us on the evening. We were not disappointed. We were met by Hope who showed us to our table, outside and under cover overlooking the river - perfect! Our waitress (Rebecca) was exceptionally pleasant and happy to wait until we were ready to order - we chose the al la cate menu. The food (entre, main and the dessert) was exceptional, well cooked and presented and the service we received once again above and beyond. Hope came and checked in a couple of times to ensure everything was Ok which was a nice thing to do. The meal was well priced. Towards the end of the evening (we stayed around 2 hrs) Hope and Rebecca brought out a beautiful surprise dessert to celebrate our anniversary, once again from their own bakery. Both these ladies were delighted that we chose the restaurant to celebrate our anniversary; both of them taking photos of my wife and I to mark the occasion. Hope took the photo's she took away and reappeared 10 minutes later with a beautiful photo printed out and placed in a A5 presentation folder to mark the occasion - above and beyond!! At the end of the evening both Rebecca and Hope farewelled us and we walked to the front door where the very pleasant and cheerful doorman got us a cab for our trip back to our hotel. Thank you to the Fullerton Hotel and in particular the Town restaurant for making our last night in Singapore a fantastic and enjoyable occasion - we will return!More

Whilst visiting family they decided to book the buffet lunch as a treat. We arrived at 12:00noon and looked at the dishes on offer. They all looked good but were being kept hot by a heat lamp! every dish we tried was either tepid or...cold. The only dish that was replenished whilst we were there was the lobster everything else was just stirred and left. When I mentioned this there was no reaction just ‘ oh’ Also the traditional tea station was not operational and we were told it would be for breakfast. All in all a very disappointing experience. Not recommended at all. Best avoidedMore

My visit to The Courtyard at the Fullerton Hotel for the Hgh Tea was enjoyable with good variety of cakes, sandwiches, tea and most importantly, to top the icing on the cake, was the excellent service provided by the staff especially Mr Lalikumar, Ms Lin...and Ms Monni.
