Long wait time over weekday lunch

We made a reservation for 4 on a weekday for lunch and arrived at 12.20pm. We ordered at around 12.35pm and waited over 1hr for the food to arrive. Our last diner waited for a further 15 mins before his food arrived, by then all...of us had already finished our food. The kitchen seems to make dishes by batch which resulted in the long breaks between dishes for different diners in a party, maybe the restaurant should rethink this or make the menu lighter. The restaurants was busy but not full. Maybe 75%? Other tables appear to have waited for a long time too. Food was OK, my fish dish was too salty. For lunch in cbd area I would not recommend given the long wait time.More

We will come back

Went with a toddler on a saturday. It was a bit empty - we have used the enterrainer vouchers which limits the main selection. We settled for a 200g australian grass fed striploin and wife took a free ranfe half chicken - both were great,...succulent just the way we like it. Great value for money - will sursly come backMore

Overall good experience

We ordered the 2 and 3 course set lunches in Fyr. The food were tasty but the sides (on the main) were cold when served. The dish would have been much tastier if they were served hot. Other than that, the overall experience with service...was good.More

Don’t bother

Medium rare strip loin came almost well done. Grilled half shelled scallops came cold. Gordon ramsey would have a field day here for his kitchen nightmares series.

Ribeye is good

Good food but customer service could have been better

Food was good but the female staff wasn't friendly. Called to make table reservation the previous time she was not helpful and speak in unfriendly tone. Eventually decided to cancel the reservation. Second time was a nice guy who took reservation over the phone. On...the day itself, was attended to by a lady which I believe was the same lady whom I spoke to the first time. She was not friendly in person either. Bad experience I would say. Also the place was pretty warm, few of us were perspiring.More

Cozy & vibrant place for hang out with friends

Nice meal and ambiance!

2nd time here but this time we had the lunch set and it was the Christmas menu. Every thing was awesome and great. Food came on time, no awkward waiting. Serving was just nice! People there is nice too, will check with us time to...time. Absolutely love the panna cotta! Will be back again! :)More
