Service was hit and miss. I was dining alone and not in the main dining area. I had to wait a while and I had to get the attention of the server before my order was taken. When the soup was served, the server immediately poured the soup over the bowl and I didn't have time to see what was on the bowl and take a picture. No physical menu and you have to scan QR codes - this was a bit of a hassle. A pity there was no option for solo diner to have the steak and lobster option - the sharing plate was too big for 1 person. Fortunately, the steak was cooked well and delicious. The staff was generally friendly.

Hats off to the team for a remarkable experience. The food was mouth watering, the tomahawk was cooked to perfection along with the other sides that we ordered; back by a quaint ambiance and setting that was worth every dollar spent.
It’s definitely a place I’d visit on my next trip.

The offer under the Steakcation package is simply value-for-money. Our family of 4 can enjoy a sharing platter of various choices from angus, ribeye, porterhouse, wagyu, lobster etc., all for a fraction of the price at other high-end steak restaurants. The attentive service extended is especially commendable, in particular Karen.
With or without the Steakcation offer, we will certainly return to Opus for our future steak fixes!

I've been to many steakhouses in the city and it's been a rather hit or miss experiences with many. My wife and I decided to spend our anniversary here at Opus as we've heard excellent reviews. The service staff were fantastic - attentive, patient and surprised us with an anniversary slice of cake. However, the impeccable service could not be matched by the quality of the food. We ordered a sharing cut platter (1kg black Angus ribeye). The meat was gamey, higher fat content and most importantly, has zero seasoning. The meat was bland and we had to depend on salt, pepper and the lacklustre sauces. I've eaten steak from coffee shops all the way to high end restaurants. Opus' steak was extremely bad that my wife and I had to drop by the coffee shop near our house to have supper. I believe that a good steak is seasoned well and cooked to perfection. Opus is a high end restaurant and we expected much more. A sad note on our 9 years anniversary. We hope that this feedback will help the kitchen staff to rethink the way the steaks are good. The excellent service staff don't deserve to serve poor quality steak at high end prices.

My husband and I decided to spend our anniversary here at Opus as we’ve heard excellent reviews. We ordered a sharing cut platter (500g Australian Wagyu Sirloin & Boston Lobster). The wagyu meat is full of fat & salty! Lobster was too small for a meal, didn’t taste good as well & salty! We did feedback to one of the staff but she just smile and walk away. Spent close to $200 for 2 pax, truly disappointing and not worth the value. We really didn’t enjoy ourselves. Not worth for a second visit.

5 sisters had an awesome time at Opus celebrating sister’s birthday, request for a quiet corner & given a round table by the corner.
Great! Nice cosy ambience.
Starter : crab cakes which are delicious, full shreds of crab meat.
Side : cream spinach, top with an egg.
Mains : a lamb porterhouse chops & a Sharing Cut Tomahawk. Both are done to our liking.
Surprise! The chef himself came to our table to flame our Tomahawk, 1st time we had a Tomahawk on fire!
Choice of 2 sauces, red wine & bone marrow and chimichurri sauce recommended to us, which is a refreshing delightful garden mix.
Feb Promotion : A Sharing Cut comes with free flow Opus Over The Top Fries (foie gras fat, black truffle purée, parmesan) from their menu on weekday dinner. We had 2 portions, yummy!
Complimentary slice of signature Hilton cheese cake prettily plated with candle.
Service :
Mr Aw Kok Boon, the assistant manager is very friendly & went round the tables ensuring his guests are happy with the food & service.
He offered to take photos for us too!
Staff is attentive & constantly top up our warm & cold water.
We had an Awesome time at Opus!

Great food, cosy ambience and superb wait staff. Had a sharing cut of whiskey aged tomahawk and premium butcher’s platter. Also got the steak and wine deal which made our meal really value for money. The steak cuts were tender and moist, with the fats what melted in our mouths; whiskey aged tomahawk were balanced, the braised short ribs were extremely soft. Managed to get grilled lobsters with a $15 top up.
The greens (asparagus and broccoli) were well seasoned and of great texture/ crunch.
The 2 hours free flow of wine was potent! And the selection of red, white and Prosecco were fantastic - not what one would expect of free flow. We drank and ate to our hearts’ content.
Special mention to the manager on duty and Kahlai (bar tender) who were so attentive and really friendly. They made us feel too “at home”.
The complimentary birthday cheesecake slice was exceptional - cheesy, creamy not so sweet yet fruity. Brilliant.

Restaurant located in Hilton Hotel. Very nice location and we were amazed with the restaurant ambience when we walked in. Very polite staff and recommended us few popular dishes and explain to us on the current promotion. The steak was very good with reasonable price. Seafood(we had oyster and lobster) was all very fresh and delicious. Special shout out to Manikam who served us with passion, he was very attentive to our request and prompt in service. Definitely one of the best.

My family celebrated my dad's 60th birthday at Opus earlier this month and had a very wonderful time there. The food was delicious as usual, and we received very warm service from Shafiee and his team, who were very attentive to our table.

The ribeye steak we had was grilled well to our liking, complimented with well prepared side dishes of our choice, sauces and salts. And wonderfully paired with a Cabernet / Merlot blend French wine. We did not have to ask for anything else over and above these delicious food.
Very solicitous and friendly staff; they were very sensitive to the needs of their customers. They had every intent to ensure their customers were delighted with the food and the service.
And the ambiance was perfect for having a sumptuous dinner.
All of these combined completes the wonderful dinner night.

Had a great dinner with friends today. Joel and yes we’re attentive to our needs. We ordered the beef and lobster platter and had anor lobster at $15 given the promo period! Beef was nicely done and lobster was awesome! Had a great time with friends this evening. Will be back in within 2 months. Opus remains the favourite for hvg beef and dessert! Yums!

Had wagyu sirloin and lobster share plate with asparagus as a side to celebrate our wedding anniversary. $15 free flow of red/white throughout the night is a good deal. Jing Zu who is our server is exceptionally attentive, and when he knew it's our anniversary today, he brought us a nice stack cake to celebrate with us. Engaging and at the same time not too intrusive. Great ambiance lovely crowd will come again.

After several weeks of following the Circuit Breaker guidelines, we were hungry for a steak dinner and tried Opus Bar & Grill for take away. We were very pleased! Our Wagyu Tomahawk to share was prepared exactly to medium rare and our sides of garlic mashed potato and portobello mushrooms were a perfect compliment. The wine offerings were also very good. When spending a little extra on a meal, even for a take away, one expects high quality results. We were very happy with the preparation, quality and temperature of food. The pick up process is very well managed with all safety measures for minimum contact. Our thanks to Antoine and his team for a very positive experience. We look forward to returning one day when full service is offered!

The experience of having dinner here has been a great night. The steak was juicy and taste. Especially with the different type of sauce. The protion of the sides given are just nice. The waiters are also very friendly and know the dish well, able to explain which sauce suits the best. For the dessert, the classic chesscake was amazing! The whole atmosphere of the restaurant are also a great place to celebrate birthday and anniversary.

Food was exceptional and service was impeccable. We ordered the lamb T-bone chops and a regular ribeye. Both were phenomenally done. Seeing that it we were out to celebrate our anniversary, the adorable waitress took it upon herself to prepare us a cake with candles which we though was really sweet.
Our only gripe, though forgivable, was the creamed spinach that we ordered to pair alongside our main course. It was not classically done and seemed a tad "watery". It was also not seasoned well enough.
