Fourth visit, the steamed rice roll with crispy shrimp was just okay, this is my favorite and my third time ordering this dish, previous two visits this dish was pretty good. This time the sauce was a bit too salty. The steamed diced mushroom dumpling...was also just okay. The steamed Malay sponge cake and the poached Hong Kong seasonal vegetable were all okay. Normal customer service.More

Ann Tham attended to our table. She was very attentive and patient with our questions. I am a Vegetarian, and she would inform me which dish i could take when serving us. Excellent service ! I was very impressed by her. The food was great...even though i could only take 3 dishes. But they are yummy especially the mushroom Crytal Bun. I will recomend this to all my friends.More

Third visit, the beef brisket noodle was okay, the noodle only so-so, but the beef tasted better with plain white rice. The steamed rice roll with crispy shrimp was good, my second time ordering this dish. The steamed salted egg yolk black custard bun was...just okay. Normal customer service.More

Second visit, suggested by the lady staff, the stewed beef brisket and tendon was good but the steamed rice roll with crispy shrimp was really good, probably my best ever dish of dim sum. 5 Star rating for food quality and customer service, however ambience...just okay to me, probably a 3 star rating. Not that easy to get a good dinner for under SGD30 , really a good deal. Can go back to try out some other dishes.More

First visit, the steamed pork dumpling with shrimp siew mai and the steamed diced mushroom dumpling were above average. The deep fried prawn dumpling with mayonnaise dip was ok, a bit too salty for me. The steamed prawn dumpling ha kau was good. The noodles...with ginger and spring onion were okay. Rather surprised to find good customer service, ambience okay. Should return to try out other dishes.More

I really enjoyed the beef brisket noodle soup and dim sums here. BBQ pork bun was not the best, I've had better. Overall, it was good. It was not overly fancy and the staffs were courteous and joked that we over odered, which we did....It had a nice atmosphere and reasonably priced.More

I had lunch at Treasures Restaurant in Raffles City today. I gave the bill to the cashier (Gigi Tang) and reminded her several times that i have money in my AMEX Capitaland card and i wanted to use the money in the card to offset...the bill. Despite my several reminders, the cashier charged the full bill amt to my AMEX Capitaland card. I explained to her again that i wanted to use the money from Capitaland card to offset the bill. She told me rudely that she only accepts physical Capitaland vouchers to settle the bill. I went to check with Capitaland concierge and the customer service officer told me that the restaurant should have asked me to show the Capitaland app and she could deduct the bill amt from the app. I was very annoyed as the restaurant cashier did not ask me to show her the app and just charged to the card. She should advise customer on how to settle the bill if the customer wants to use the money in the Capitaland credit card to offset the bill. She is rude to customer and not acknowledgeable. She is not friendly and showed her annoyance when i repeated to her that i wanted to use the money in Capitaland card to offset the bill. Poor customer service though the food was not bad. Good food alone is not enough to win customers. Customer service is very important as good dim sum restaurants are plenty in Singapore. It is the customer service that differentiates a good restaurant from another.More
Very good quality ingredients used in their dim sum. Restaurant setting was pretty simple but the food was really good. Ordered a great number of dishes and all of them over exceeded my expectation. Price is on the higher side but with the quality of...ingredients, I thought it was worth it. Very authentic and delicate dim sum!More

Imperial Treasure now has a value for money set dinner - for S$15.80, you get to choose noodle or rice with BBQ meat or Soy sauce chicken or Steam Chicken or shrimp wanton / porridge as the main, one dim sum - which is either...Siew mai or carrot cake and a dessert which is the Osmanthus jelly or one liu sar bo - good value. The food is consistently good and i must applaud the service rendered - very professional and good. I want to also compliment - Xiao Lan who wears a black uniform with glasses, she is very attentive and her service is really good. Thank you for making the dining experience so pleasant.More
We had dinner on a Monday evening at the Treasures Yi Dian Xin at Raffles City. It’s a popular restaurant and was quite full for a Monday. The century egg and lean meat porridge was smooth and reminiscent of a good Cantonese congee. The Caixin...vegetable blended well with the oyster sauce. The two dim sum dishes i.e. Pork Siew Mai and the Cheong Fun both tasted really good. Overall it was a delightful dinner.More
Modern casual Chinese dining I prefer for lunch or dinner. I like the type of food here from Dimsum, Congee, Roast Duck, Roast Pork & noodles. One place for everything. Tourist friendly. Credit card is accepted.
Had lunch with the family here and the food was quite good. We enjoyed the char siu pastry, the cheong fun with you tiao and the truffled chive dumpling. The charcoal salted egg custard bun was okay, if a tad unusual in color. The dry...beef hor fun was good with the chilli. We also had porridge with pork and century egg. Service was pretty quick and the staff topped up our tea and water without being asked.More
Food is consistent, nostalgic, and comforting for a congee and noodle place. Wouldn’t expect anything less or more from the food which only leaves me to comment about their service. Crew can seem complacent with a lack attention, tea TOP up, clearing and other service...needs especially with kids.More
