Great delicious food. The hot and sour soup ingredients are very rich and solid. The set lunch meal is also rich and great quality food. It is located in a great hotel with beautiful scenery, the music is also very suitable. It is a great...place for special events or if you just want a quiet good quality rich meal with loved ones.More

What an amazing, attentive and loving care and experience we got today at this beautiful restaurant. The whole hospitality of Capella hotel, starting from hotel manager Muhamed to this lovely dining experience with Mickey and Abby blew our minds. Dishes were amazingly prepared, chicken soup...was delicious , soft shell crab 🦀 nice and crispy, rice with prawns and pork were outstanding and of course the duck, I highly recommend to visit this spot. Truly appreciated and blessedMore

Last Sunday, we went back to Cassia to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. We got married at Cassia last year and remembered how amazing the wedding dinner was and decided to come back again to relive the experience. Specifically, we recalled that we enjoyed the...lobster with noodles that they served during our wedding as it was honestly the best lobster I had in my life where you could "pull out the entire flesh" of the lobster from its tiny shell because of how fresh and succulent it was. Usually, in a wedding, as a bride, you recall the entire celebration (and of course, it was amazing thanks to Bryan and the team) but I must say the lobster made such an impression that I told myself I had to come back for the lobster after my wedding. Having lived in many countries in the world and being a big fan of lobster, I had eaten so many lobsters from Boston, London and our famous Singapore restaurants but never have one made an impression like this. True enough, it was our first wedding anniversary, we went back and ordered the lobster with noodle dish again and were just wowed over again by how fresh and succulent the lobster was- fresh, juicy, succulent, chewy and generous in portion. It is a must and I must say if there is something you must order from the Cassia menu, it is the lobster dish as it is. That being aside, I wanted to also share that our entire dining experience was made all the much better by Bryan and his team for the special attention they took to make the event so special, being so attentive to our needs, making sure we had great drinks to go along with our celebration. For the dinner, we were greeted with a complimentary small appetizer which we immediately ate, only to be surprised to know that it was a baby abalone with watermelon. Who would ever expect a restaurant to be so generous with a complimentary starter to include an abalone? The abalone was so juicy that it was such a nice surprise to the start of our dinner. Next, we ordered a few other dishes, such as homemade tofu with bailing mushroom, baked cod, fried rice, the Australian lobster with noodles with melon tea. Needless to say, our expectations were surpassed. The lobster was as fresh and succulent as last year, perhaps even better now, with the orange carrot sauce that was tangy but just right in adding flavour while not overpowering the lobster. The homemade tofu was soft and delicate, and outstanding in its own right. The cod was as good as last year, in which you cut it and it flakes open like layers easily because of how fresh it is. Last but not least, the fried rice was also tasty and so well fried you could taste the individual rice grains. We ended the night with Cassia's trio desserts and I must say it was a great touch to the night for it added just the right amount of peach sweetness and crunchiness( from the white item) to a savoury meal. We enjoyed the night so thoroughly that I kept reminiscing about the meal and nights even days after. Cassia is such a hidden gem that I initially was reluctant to give a review just because I did not want so many people to discover it in case it got too crowded but I must say Bryan and his team have time and time again exceeded our expectations that I have decided to share my review.More

Bryan the restaurant manager is a super friendly and thoughtful person. He remembers us all even though we may not have come by often this year due to work. Bryan is very good at his service to all customers and his recommendation of food and...drinks is what makes him stand out. Food choices are wide and very nice especially the Char Siew Bao. Layout and atmosphere of the restaurant is very good and makes you feel relax. Love it. His staffs are also very nice and friendly.More

We had lunch at Cassia during our stay at Capella. We heard raving reviews of the restaurant and we were not disappointed at all. Dim Sum was available exclusively for lunch, and every dish we ordered was made to perfection! Really loved the Siew Mai...with Abalone, iberico pork bun, and the deep fried beancurd roll with prawn. They were all served piping hot and fresh! We also tried both the Double-boiled bird nest superior broth, and the seafood dumpling with chicken broth, and both tasted amazing! Definitely recommend the order this if you happen to be there for lunch. We finished off the meal with the Cassia Triology Dessert! Loved how each menu was well presented and plated. Great service rendered by Jian Xin - he made great menu recommendations, and ensured that our plates were changed regularly, and he always noticed with we finished our tea and chilli and was always ready to refill them. We didn’t have to request for any service as they had already anticipated our needs way before we could ask. Loved the food and service and definitely will love to be back!More

Cassia was simply wonderful. We were a three generation family staying at Capella as a group of 7 and had the Signature Set Menu. As large group travelling with a baby, we were given discrete dining space, which meant we felt we were not interrupting...other diners, and had privacy. The whole restaurant space was elegant and tasteful. Everything about this meal was perfect. There were unusual ingredients for us (fish maw soup, abalone), but everything was prepared with superb precision and explained beautifully. Flavours were delicate and delicious. The wine menu was also superb, we chose not to do a matching to allow more flexibility. Service was attentive and friendly without ever being intrusive. For a hotel restaurant, we couldn’t believe the overall quality. This was the best meal of a wonderful week eating in Singapore. Thankyou Cassia and Capella.More

Just realized that we have been a customer here for more than 10yrs. Our reservation has increased to 7pax, including our 2 young boys. It has been our regular venue for celebrations, e.g. birthdays, anniversaries, Father's Day, Mother's Days, etc. and of course, Chinese New...Year. The place is undoubtedly classy, great for both casual and formal gatherings. And yes, my customers were impressed too, not just by the quality of the food, but also the impeccable service by Bryan and his team. Their Peking duck is always in our list, together with the variety of dim sum. Throughout the years, we always meet the familiar faces here including Darren and Abby, who are always attentive to our needs (from the old folks to the young guns) and became more of a butler and friend. We are grateful to those special arrangement by Bryan. He really made these special moments memorable (by default, the pictures here are already instagrammable). We particularly love the longevity buns and the giant puddings! With the just begin, and many more celebrations to come, I believe Cassia is going to continue to be part of our memories for a long time.More
