Recently had a nice dinner with my wife at PastaMania. The crowd control was well managed. Not like some restaurant didn't really control the cross table mingling very well. Ordered one spicy chicken and one marinara. The chicken was tender and not overcooked. The seafood...was fresh too ^^More

visit pastamania bugis junction for dinner with my family as the first day open dine in for 5. even tho it was busy dinner time but staff was very attentive. tried their new truffle pasta and pizza it was worth to try. my kids are...not truffle lover but they love the pizza too. and recomended for their honey garlic chicken too.thumbs up and keep it up for the team.More

came with my friend and we tried the Thai Red Curry and the new Truffle Trio Pasta. as someone who is not a fan of truffle, i think the pasta is quite nice and worth a try!

Instead of just scanning a QR code to order, we were instructed to download an Application. And what’s more, we had to create an account to order! So troublesome! Tsktsktsk and when the food came, not only was it lacking in quantity, the quality was...also not up to standard, especially after taking the price into consideration. When I used to frequent PastaMania as a child, I remember enjoying it with my father. But I am just disappointed with how the quality has dwindled so much. Smh.More

Wow where can I start. I am assigned to a school project where we had to find the safety hazard and take some pictures for our school project. Emailed to 3 of their emails and only one replied. Fine, no problem, they asked us to...call a hotline, fine no problem, so we did. Then they asked us to EMAIL another email which is the GM for PastaMania. Then after emailing him, we waited for days and had to replies. Then my group and I went to the PastaMania itself at NEX outlet and asked which I think is the manager there. She said even the GM of PastaMania don't get back to their emails. And they asked us to even get permission to take pictures of their front and back of house from the upper heads, which I did, i emailed Eric the GM and got no replies after weeks of waiting. I don't get it, why does the GM does not even get back to his employee email also? What a poor management. Now we have no choice but to find pictures online to use it to our advantage. The fact that you guys said that no picture is allowed and permission is allowed, shouldn't that applies to guest you guys are serving? Shouldn't you not allow them to take pictures of your food too? This is too much. Worst company I have seenMore

i ordered the carbonara. was bland, had to add salt myself. bacon tasted sweet and canned. spaghetti is soggy and overcooked. what a shame for $12. would have given 0 star if i could.
