Jade offers diners authentic Chinese cuisine of exceptional quality and warm hospitality, amply earning for itself the reputation of its precious gemstone namesake. With its revamp in 2017, the restaurant upped the ante by unveiling a more focused culinary direction by Executive Chinese Chef Leong Chee Yeng and new interiors, enhancing the dining experience for connoisseurs. The 120-seat establishment, featuring two private rooms and two partitioned areas, is beautifully appointed in a colour palette reflecting the lustre of jade, specially commissioned wallpaper and evocative overhead lantern lighting among other exquisite design elements. Our family of four adults were in a staycation at the Fullerton Hotel and had dinner at the Hade restaurant. Have long hear about this restaurant and it did not disappoint. We chose the Roasted Peking Duck Feast and it was well worth the money....Every course from the Peking Duck, Buddha Jump Over the Wall, Wagyu Beef, Vermicelli simmered with Sea Grouper and Pina Colada Ice cream was excellent! Service by Alson, Wei Lum and Sook Theng was also outstanding. We enjoyed ourselves and will definitely return.More

Dinner at the Jade Restaurant was an experience. The atmosphere was serene, decorated with plants and jade, the music was some Chinese instrument that blended in with the background, whilst you could hear murmurs from other customers, it didn't affect the atmosphere but actually added...on to it, the food was simply fantastic. The duck was crispy, tender, its flavour was light and airy but you could really tatse the genuine *duckiness* and the seasoning was pretty much perfect. The vegetable that I got, don't remember the name was one of the best I've ever tasted, the sauce and seasoning were light and only served to accentuate the flavours of the vegetables which was just great. Sweet and sour usually isn't my cup of tea but their sweet and sour pork was good enough that I arlte a decent portion of it. All in all the food is as close to a 10 as it could have been the flavour profile is mainly light so it won't feel as though you've eaten too much no matter how much you eat. What really brought it home was the service. The waiters were like ninjas, silently moving with the grace of well, ninjas and with the precision of again, ninjas. Also, one of the waiters, Alson who told me worked for 11 years at the Jade Restaurant was rather lively and spoke to us, asking for our opinion and sharing his thoughts on the food and portions, steering us in the right direction when we didn't know how much to order. Guy even looked really similiar to Jackie Chan and his accent when he spoke in English was even more similiar. In conclusion, heavenly.More

I was trying my first time at Jade restaurant at Fullerton Hotel for its renowned Chinese food. I tried the blessing set menu. The courses are truly delicious and service was great as the staffs are truly attentive (i.e. replenish my tea and to make...sure it's always refilled, and also to have a smooth course menu). I just want to give a shout out to Mr. Nelson, who greeted me, ensure that my food and drinks are up to my standards (and that my feedback and always be the one to replenish my soothing Jasmine tea.More

This review has a rating of 3.5 stars. Finally tried the weekend yum cha with family. $55 per pax ++ for up to 15 out of the 43 items from the menu. All diners in the party need to order the same dish and each...item is one-time order only. Some dishes were outstanding (eg. crispy lobster dumpling, pan-fried chilli crab meat bun, braised bird’s nest, truffled egg white super broth and lobster meat porridge) but some average (eg. abalone siew mai which is Jade’s signature) Our main complaint is 15 dishes are not enough because if you ordered dim sum is only 1 piece per person. Would suggest to up the dishes to 20. We were first delighted to be given a private dining area but turned out that little attention was given to us as we were out of sight. We had to fight for attention. In summary, we left 3/4 full.More

We have just come back from dinner at Jade and we are extremely disappointed . The place was extremely cold so we asked to have our table changed and so got one by the kitchen, with a beautiful view on paper cartons and dirty clothes....But the worst experience was the food which was without any taste and cold both mine and my husbands. We looked at each other and could not believe that it is rated 5th restaurant in Singapore!!!! I have been to many others Chinese restaurants in Europe as well as in China and never have I experienced such low quality of food!!!Moreover, the service was strange as we got our main course while we were still having starters and than got our bill while we were ending our main course with only 1/2 of our wine bottle finished. So we did not if we can finish It or must go . We felt as if we were not welcomed there at all and truly wanted to leave ASAP. On the top of it it was pretty expensive experience as we paid approximately 300S$. Good advice- do not go there if you do not want to lose your money and time. Horrible experience!!!More

Had reunion dinner with family at the Jade restaurant. Food was excellent and worth the wait of 2nd sitting at 8.30pm. The clean and spacious environment complemented well with the excellent food. We had a wonderful evening but unfortunately was marred before we leave the...hotel. At the end of the dinner, we were asked to go to the Concierge counter to redeem the carpark complimentary coupon. Met a Concierge staff by the name of Hxxxx, whose attitude certainly does not speak well of the profession he is supposed to uphold. No smile, no eye contact and unfriendly tone as though we were bothering him. The experience at the Concierge almost totally wipe off our happy mood. The hotel should consider issuing the carpark coupon at the restaurant, which is a common practice instead of letting guest to go look for the Concierge counter. Unless you have an excellent associate at the Concierge who can promote the service standard of the hotel, but certainly not for this case.More

Went there for dinner (a lar carte) ❌: 1. The ingredients were not up to standard, for instance the Chinese spinach was so hard to chew (almost half of the plate like that), reminds me of my Uni canteen caifan…the eggplant had similar issue 2....The cooking was far from expectation: the Sautéed spicy diced chicken - chicken was tasteless and just like those frozen ones from supermarket; the crispy rice in chicken broth - the broth was too salty. Not sure it it’s an off-day for the chef, but the food in overall did not taste like how much it cost. And I’m not very satisfied with any one single dish, too mediocre. 3. Not sure what’s wrong with the straws (I was told they are bio-degradable) but it kept braking, I was careful enough but still had to change 4 times to finish a drink. ✅: the service was nice and polite, but that’s it Decided to go Jade out of its reputation (Michelin guide, Trip advisor etc.) and friend recommendation for my first dinner in 2022, but the overall dining experience was bad, therefore not recommended🚫More

No view to speak of. The view from La Brassiere at the same hotel is good, though.

You have to call them to make reservations for the dim sum buffet and at least one month in advance would be safe. Good luck!
