This review is for the branch in Ion Mall, in Orchard (as I realized they don’t have their own on TripA. Mexican food has always been our favorite but the Guzman y Gomez is definitely one of our favorite. Convenient location. Good good, quick and friendly service. Drinks are okay-ish but we're not fuzzy about it. Overall happy with our meal.
I am a coffee lover and must have my flat white after a meal. I have drunk coffee at so many cafes and restaurants. Seriously, Gusman y Gomez has the best flat white. This will be the restaurant I will go for my coffee! Really...da best.More
I went there for nacho but sadly it was disappointing. It’s too dry and texture like biscuit than nachos, guess it’s more fast food style than original Mexican cuisine.
they don't always have a driver available but if they do the order is always fast and accurate. Even with all the options they give you for each meal, it is easy to customize to make it for your liking.
Love their beef steak Quesadilla and Tacos! And not forgetting the fries too! GYG-Orchard gateway crew were very nice and friendly! Have recommended to my friends and they liked it too!
GyG has always been my go to restaurant, the food is amazing and generally the service is ok. However when I recently went with some friends, one of them asked for no sour cream on their nacho fries because she has a dairy allergy. However,...despite asking, they still put sour cream on top. I just call this careless, they are a restaurant and they should be extra careful when people make requests like this, it wasn't just because she didn't like it, she has a genuine dairy allergy.More
The food was good. Not much waiting time too. Friendly staffs. The seating layout especially at this time of pandemic is good, well planned and organised.
Tried the outlet at Somerset for some tacos after having a few beers nearby. Fairly efficient service and the tacos were reasonable.
Please open in HK! You are a dozen times better than calimex! Esp the veggie burrito bowl. If calimex can survive in HK, you will thrive!
Ordered July 22 2020 - small order 1 burrito and chips & salsa. Chips stale as can be. Salsa great. Burrito ice cold. Disappointing as I’ve been referred.
We were so happy to find a Guzman Y Gomez in Singapore. Our local one closed down. We ate here twice while staying here and loved it everytime. Great fresh, Mexican flavours.
We were very pleasantly surprised about the quality of the Food at Guzman y Gomez. Both, the burrito and the tacos were really good.
Absolutely loved the burrito bowl - spicy chicken. The spicy sauce and the vegetables were a great fit. Wish the place was a bit bigger to accommodate a larger group but the food was great. Being walking distance from the office was also an added...advantage.More
