For those staying in the West, there's a new Song Fa outlet located in JEM Shopping Mall at basement B1-09. No more long snaky queues at their outlets in New Bridge Road or Chinatown which are always packed with tourists..

That’s it.. I like the Bak Kut Teh thing but others are just normal. It’s kind of expensive to me though depend on how it taste. Also, I hate that Xiang Je, it still have strong smell and I’m not okay with that.

Established since 1969, Song Fa Bak Kut Teh has grown to become a time-honoured and prominent name on the local food scene. High quality pork ribs are carefully simmered with garlic and pepper to yield the trademark clear and peppery soup, popularly paired with braised dishes and Kung Fu tea. It is at Song Fa, where one can relive the heritage of good old Bak Kut Teh in its truest sense.
