This is a rather small place tucked behind the Gallery hotel. The dining room is dimly lit, small and quite cozy. Service was rather slow but acceptable. Reservations strongly recommended! We had some good albeit excessively expensive nigirizushi for starters before proceeding to the main...More

The grilled is delicious. Veer away from the sushi. Bonus star for proximity to Bar 84, Singapore's best kept secret.

There's so much to love about this place... succulent lamb chops, perfectly grilled enoki maki and the widest range of shochu you'll find!

An uniquely Japanese experience! The first and only Shochu specialty Japanese restaurant in Singapore, Satsuma serves an authentic wide menu of Sumiyaki (charcoal-grilled food including Yakitori) to complement the 80 labels of Honkaku shochu by-the-glass. The restaurant is lit up at night with sakura flowers giving a magical feel from both inside and outside of the restaurant.
