Arrive and big Covid19 concern, tables super close to each other. Clearly not caring about health only profit. Food: All meat was served lukewarm and chicken was half cooked. Tiny portions. Service personnel didn't care. Feel like they were overwhelmed. Said happens a lot. The...manager a big guy, came over and got rude, told us we are lying.More

Wow. Worst experience in 14 years Singapore. Used to come here a lot, as usual made a reservation for 7:30, table wasn’t ready, that’s alright. We’re told multiple times to wait. Also alright. Glad they having business. Then after waiting quite a while, a couple...at a small 2 person table leaves, they put 4 chairs at it and ask us 4 (big) guys to sit there. Wouldn’t even have fit our beers. So we asked for a bigger table, happy to wait longer. Owner appears, shouts in our face that we can take that table or leave. Starts getting aggressive. We are literally happy to wait for a bigger table, been coming here for a long time. For some reason the owner (huge guy) gets really angry and throws us out. Says we can have that table or fly kite. Never coming back again. Really sad to see this place going down the drain. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED (anymore)More

Got turned away although we made reservations. Understand the situation FnB outlets are facing currently, but you gotta at least inform your customers earlier if u think you can't accommodate them bro.

Found this restaurant by accident as was originally looking for the gents, location is tucked away at the back of the building away from the river Food was excellent and portions exceptionally generous, highly recommended. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who ensured that the free flow ice...lemon tea was topped up.More

Located in the heart of bustling Robertson Quay, this hole in the wall corner Texas BBQ has been here quite a while. I remembered being here a few years ago and found the pork belly burnt ends quite good. People friendly, great for a beer...hangout. Then they were quite quiet. This evening, for a Saturday night, I came back and managed to get only the last table before full house, and it was a very late dinner. As the friendly server came over to deliver the menu, she also made it a point, instead of telling us what's sold out, what left's to order. So yea, instead of working down the itemised platters and menu items, I just picked 4 out of 6 of what's left available. Of course their top selling pork belly burnt ends were gone. We had briskets, ribs, pulled pork and buffalo wings with kale salad and coleslaw sides. Ala Carte from 100gm, and prices start from $6 or $7 up I wouldn't agree its pricey, but being a 2 pax party ordering 4 meats, we didn't have a good grasp of portions. The servers recommended that 100gm only gets you 1 stick of ribs and our order is actually very small for 2 persons, so alright, we go for more meat portions, since we ordered no carbs. That's probably were it gets pricey considering for 2 normal Asians, we can't finish all that meat at all. Texas portions I bet, for American appetites. The ribs were tender and fall off the bones, smoky and flavourful, though a little dry. Pulled pork were again soft, tender, and moist this time, smoky, vinegary sweet and a little peppery. Toss in their home made tangy BBQ sauce for more kicks. Buffalo wings were a little disappointing. Small fried winglets and drumlets that lost their crisp and a little dry inside, tossed in their chessy sauce that would have suit me better if they're sour, tangy and sweet. Lastly the briskets. Soft and tender. Nicely smoky but lacks a bit of beef or marinated flavour. Drenched it thick in their BBQ sauce again. So end day the saviour is their BBQ sauce for every meat. Coleslaw were lovely though. Crunchy, vinegary and yet light. Bottle beers such as corona were $10 a pop and cheap for such ambience. Service is brisk and always friendly. Downside all the meats were all served cold. To be fair we were late over dinner and they probably turned off their warmers. Smoked stuffs you can't pull it off in a whiz I know, but would be great if you could heat them over a grill and served the food warm, as if fresh from a wood fire BBQ. So didn't change my mind this is still a great beer hangout, but manage your portion expectations, don't over-order for beer food unless you're a big meat eater. And a huge home made BBQ sauce fan.More

Do I stopped asking and had a warm beer and left. The second time I...came for dinner at 7 PM on Monday and the restaurant was Closed ! Very poorly managed restaurant, and it's losing a lot of money and customers because of the poor management.More
