My mom & I were visiting the museum on a whim and we never expected that we would be able to get a table at The National Kitchen, but we took our chances and Rowel, their host, was courteous enough to make it happen. To...be honest, he was one of the kindest and most gracious hosts we’ve come across in our travels and I’m glad we took a chance because the Afternoon Tea set was superb!
Our favorite part was the Dry Laksa and also the Pulot Hitam with Coconut Ice Cream - so good I forgot my name!
Server Elaine was also amazing and answered all our questions and made us feel so welcome. I also noticed that the staff help each other out, which makes the operations run so smoothly.
For me, the food is spectacular, but the staff make this place special. Would definitely visit again!More
