It was the first time at GoroGoro for both my wife and I tonight. We both really enjoyed our buffet dinner experience! Totally satisfying with greet value for money. I visited Gorogoro early December before I went on my year end holidays. I am impressed with the standard level of freshness of the food served and the very friendliness and helpful staff. All of them accorded great service especially Alice and Leslie The boss...is also very professional to come by my table to check if everything is ok... Have introduced a lot friends to go there and their feedback was nothing but positive and encouraging words! Definitely will come back!!!More

Loved EVERYTHING. The raw meats are so well marinated and tasted delicious after cooking them. Really easy, especially when service staff constantly tended to us to change the hot plates when it got dirty. That said, the cooked food is my fav! The honey chicken...is a homerun. Must try. Reservation made online and even received sms confirmation but reached there my reservation was not even there! Allowed us in because there were still seats available. Made my reservation at least 1 mth in advance. The staff who called me to change my reservation weeks...back as the opening date changed, told me different information about the promotion. The manager and owner of Goro Goro refused to honour the promo price that was told me by the their staff. Both looked at me as if i was the one making a scene there and very convinced that their staff wouldn't make any mistake like that.THERE WAS NO APOLOGY given. Customer service was horrible to the max. But who will go there to make a scene if going there to eat? As the saying goes, you will not remember what the person has done but you will never forget how the person made you feel. The owner looked at me as if i was being unreasonable and even rolled eyes at me. The owner just wanted to close off the whole matter quickly and said your kids are hungry, just go in to eat. At the end i said this is the last time, not coming back again. The manager said OK and nodded her head. Good location as you can take train alight at Somerset station and walk across the road. The average price per adult is about $35 and they do give discount for student n child. Variety of food could be done better by changing some of the...menu regularly to attract repeated guests but it seem that for years the food items have yet to change much. The smoke can get quite irritating if the whole restaurant is full so this is another area they should improve on it and otherwise it price is reasonable and place is clean and many staff around to help and food is replenished fast as well. But if can offer more nice desserts will be superb!More
