LGBTQ (esp transgendered) Visitors to Singapore seeking mid priced vegan fare centrally located would best stay clear of this one. Although it may appear to tick all the 'right' boxes for location and choice of food, there may be other more important factors to the...dining experience that will mar (and even traumatise) you, as it did my spouse and me. Factors like basic human respect. The dignity of the customer. These things are nothing to NomVNom, neither to the waiting staff, nor to management, as demonstrated by my experience of them. When staff repeatedly abused a transwoman patron, me, there was NO manager present to report this to. It seems very often, in any of their three outlets, the staff is left to their own devices. The manager, we were told, was -points to one woman- this one, who then denied being the manager, then another was cited as the manager, but no, really no manager, no supervisor nothing...staff kept lying and lying. It was my birthday dinner with my spouse, the love of my life. I was in tears. (At a later date, over the text program, Whatsapp, Ryzal, regional PR Manager offered to be present the next time we went to their benighted shop, after offering a meal in compensation for our extremely traumatic experience here being recounted, which when asked about, along with wanting to know what kind of staff awareness training would be given to make sure their people truly understand that well, trans people are people too, and deserve the same level of respect as everyone else, he promptly blocked us from the chat with no explanation whatsoever) We believe this level of service is unconscionable. We did nothing to deserve this level of abuse. We cannot review the restaurant food in light of this. Food , after this level of cavalier abuse is simply...irelevant To date, no one from the restaurant nor anyone being told of this incident demonstrated any concern, from my local community nor from the vegan community. This is cogent, highly relevant, to the traveller visiting Singapore, obviously. If you are a trans person, or even just an ally, please consider taking your business to the many wonderful tolerant vegan restaurants centrally located in Singapore e.g. all the many wonderful shops in the Fortune Centre shopping mall. We believe the trans and gay and straight and cis people of this world deserve a safe and pleasant life and well, a good Birthday dinner free of abusive staff and a deceitful management covering up for them.More

As vegetarians from the UK we loved this place and went twice. I wasn’t so keen on the Lion Maine and preferred the classic soy

Nomvnom is a fantastic restaurant. Plenty of vegan options. This particular one in Clarke Quay has a great view of the quay whilst tucking into a tasty burger. Definitely recommend

One of my favourite vegetarian places whenever I will be around the Clark q. It's indoor and got a good view. The food menu is huge. The dishes comes out in a good speed. Drinks. I usually go for coffee ☕ so it's always alright....The prices are quite cheap even so it's a clark q area. So I like it and would highly recommend this place. See you soon.More

Delicious vegan food at highly affordable prices, with a vast range of tasty-sounding dishes, fast and polite service and a pleasant setting overlooking the river (although was slightly difficult to see at night due to the reflection). Plus, it’s conveniently located right next to Clarke...Quay MRT. My favourite thing might have been the fact that service charge or GST is not added to the bill - which means you pay the price you see on the menu. A great example to other restaurants. Will definitely be going back!More

I found nomVnom by chance!! I was looking for a centrally located vegetarian restaurants for a week day dinner with friends & nomVom Bistro pop up. Since we have not been here, we decided to give it a try. It is a self service bistro...& you have to order & pay at counter first. There is a mix of asian & western options to choose from. My favourite was the cheesy omi meat pizza & you would not realise you this is a vegan pizza. I have also ordered the satay burger but was disappointed that TEMPEH (fremented bean) was used as a burger patty. I would not order this had i known upfront it was tempeh!! The rest of the food was decent & service was prompt. Being a practicing vegetarian, i am glad i have found this bistro. I will be back to try out other dishes.. Please note that the restaurant has a policy encouraging 60 minutes dining policy during peak hours. Please give this restaurant a try even if you are not a vegan or vegetarian.. Last but not least, the bistro is located at 3rd floor central mall & there is good view of clark quay. Regards ML LEONG SINGAPOREMore

I returned to nomVnom to try the new OmniMeat Toona burger ($10.90 a la carte). The OmniMeat patty was slightly thin and small, but the patty had a good bite to it and a nice umami flavour which went well with the mushrooms, alongside some...refreshing lettuce and tomatoes. The sugarcane drumsticks side ($5.90) tasted like crab stick or prawn fritters, and came with a mayo dip. The Mao Shan Wang durian ice-cream ($5.90) had a creamy texture and rich taste. The cafe interior design and view of Clarke Quay were good. Overall, customers can enjoy a tasty vegan meal here without worries, as the menu items contain no egg, milk, honey, alliums, or alcohol. However, I do still wish the prices could be more affordable, such as with sets, student discounts, or memberships.More

Atmosphere is pleasant, with a nice view over Clarke Quay. Service was friendly, but staff didn’t seem to know much about allergens in the food. Most of the burgers contained some form of gluten, and there was no substitute option for the wheat bun. I...ended up ordering the corn soup after convincing the server that cornstarch doesn’t contain gluten. It came out overmicrowaved, with a skin on top and steam pouring out for five minutes before I could taste it, and then it was just kind of watery and sad. The geez cake (which the server said does contain wheat flour, despite that the photo display lists all ingredients except flour) was supertasty, but just a tiny little slice. I love that vegan restaurants are starting to be a thing, so I’m giving it an extra star for that reason. If you don’t have any dietary restrictions and don't mind microwaved food, you can have a tasty little meal here. Credit cards accepted.More

Interesting setup here. Located in the mall at Clarke Quay, on the third floor, my wife and I were really looking forward to some vegan food. They gave us the menu with each item coded and a pad and pencil on which we were to...write the codes for our order. Then, I took the pad to the cash desk and had to pay in advance. Now I know why. Well, our vegan meal was wonderful - as in I am full of wonder how it is possible to make a vegan burger, onion rings, vietnamese spring rolls, yam fries, and a pizza all taste the same. And when I say 'taste the same' that's not a good thing... In short, tasteless. The only taste differential was in the dips. And while the dips were tasty, they were either too sweet or too spicy. Plasticky was my overall impression of the dips. I can only hope the chef was having a bad night. Or a night off. The really sad thing? The menu is extensive and is mouthwatering to read. I was so disappointed. Avoid.More
