100% Chilean ingredients. Perfectly cooked. Despite its name "Europeo", this restaurant focuses entirely on showcasing the best Chile has to offer. The meat especially is spectacular. We had ribs ... quite frankly the best ribs we've ever eaten. Typically ribs can be stringy and sometimes...More

Excellent service suplied by attentive and very well trained waiters. The food is creative and delicious and impeccably presented. They also have a terrific Chilean wine list. Now under new ownership, the restaurant is no longer the super expensive place it used to be.

Europeo has a classy reputation and I have been there several times before. On this occasion meeting colleagues in other companies passing through Santiago. Europeo has a smallish menu in comparison to other up-marktet Santiago restaurants but carefully selected to offer fresh food at its...More
