I seldom give five stars in my ratings...usually there is something that detracts from a great experience...but in this case our meal truly was excellent. Great food, superb friendly service (Manuel and Jonathan) and relaxing atmosphere. We went back another night and had another excellent meal. And, the price for two with wine was reasonable..five star evening at a two... More

Went to the bar to kill and hour before heading to airport. The decor is excellent and takes you back to simple times. The beer is excellent and food smelled great. But, I was not impressed by service. Even for Santiago, where I noticed many ruder servers, the service was unfriendly and rude. Won't be spending my American money here... More

Immediately we went into this restaurant, we liked it. Relaxed, fairly busy (compared to any other restaurant at lunch or dinner time) and just sort of, easy. And no pushiness with the service and/or waiting staff. So, generally, a good experience. If you happen to be in that neck of the Santiago woods, do go there.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Santiago and I always come here when I'm in town. They have an excellent midday executive menu at a reasonable price. Their specials are great. I had the jabal( wild boar)i and my friend the cabrito(goat). We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and look forward to coming back. It is only steps away... More

We ordered pork and beef. The first was cooked during 6 hours in the oven and the second was grilled in its right point. Excellent service

This joint has a bar you can sit at before you ‘retire’ to have something to eat. Good selection of beer & well stocked bar which is important to chaps like myself. Waiters were attentive and listened to my broken Spanish. The owner lady speaks English and German so you won’t get caught out if you are in doubt. The... More

The service is excellent, the place is clean, nice and good looking. But, the food is not to good, the Paella is overcooked, and the chorizo could be better and also the goat. The sangria was good.

Atmosphere was very good and the place was very busy so thought we would try. We ordered the paella which, after two mouthfuls turned our stomachs upside down. The food was barely warm, must have been sitting in the pan for hours upon hours. It resembled more rice pudding than paella. In a word disgusting, also there was no apologies... More
