It just looks nice. But the service is not good. The 3 dishes we asked for were not available. I am really sorry for the people who work here. We also asked for 6 cheese empanadas and they brought us 12. Don't come.

We ordered french fries (patas fritas). In the menu the price was 1900 Clp. When we got the bill, it was 3500 Clp. When we questioned the waiter he simply said that the price on the menu was only valid for french fries as a side dish. As we hadn't ordered anything else, the price almost doubled. There was no... There was nobody, only 10 waiters and we approach to seat and they stopped us and only offered us one table that was available totally under the sun. I was once before there and the way the waiters treat you is awful, and they never have the beers they promise. Not recommended.

Stopped in here for a bite while waiting for the Colonial Art Museum attached to the church of San Francisco to open. It is just down a small cobblestone street. There were other cafes to chose from but Pimienta had a number of vegetarian option on the menu - that sold me. Also the umbrella covered cafe tables outside the... More

Was there with colleagues as I attended a conference recently, the location was perfect near the hotel Vegas and Paris Calle and London Calle. Lovely and quite area with a calm and peaceful view of Santiago. You can enjoy a drink and a nice chat with friends and colleagues so would recommend. Staff are friendly and the boss is extremely... The place is in a fantastically picturesque spot - on Calle Londres, in the cool Barrio Paris-Londres - a genteel spot created in 1923 when the Church of San Francisco had to sell some land, and a father-son developers sold lots to their rich firends to create a small neighborhood that looked like the European capitals. Picture perfect place, to... More

The quiet little plaza in this historic area of Santiago is a perfect spot to hang out and have a coffee or laze away an afternoon. A few years ago, there used to be a lovely little café. Unfortunately, it seems to be history now. In its place is now this rather soulless "restobar". To make it short: service was... More

A group of 8 of us stayed at the Hotel next door & loved sitting outside on the cobblestone street/patio at this restaurant to have a beer. We found the staff friendly & accommodating though some of them may not understand English too well. They cheerfully put tables together for us so we could eat, drink & visit. The weather... More

We ended up here on a hot afternoon. Outside terras looked nice but it smelled bad and everybody was smoking so we went to sit inside. It was hot, not even a fan to stir some air. But we were very hungry and tired so we stayed because there were more people eating (is could be good after all). We... More

We came across pimienta for a drink after visiting the londres/Paris area. I have to say that the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. We asked for juice then coffee then tea. Well they had none of those and just answered monosyllabically. Had to ask for the bill 4 times. You won't catch me going back. Too much attitude
