We had samosa as a starter, then fish coconut curry and butter chicken curry with garlic naan. Mango lassi, raspberry juice and water. All very delicious and quick service. We expected a line but we had a table directly. No decoration, just good food. We had all for 16.000 pesos incl 10% tip. Good start of our stay in Santiago!

This place is is small and you may have to wait a little, but it's worth it for the food. The menu is small, but they do what they do very well - the curries and bread are full of flavour. Great if you want a quick, great value meal.

Cheap, cozy, crowds at times but deserve the waiting time. You can order or serve at tables, the dishes are excellent.

Tried the set menu which comes with a salad, choice of curry chicken or curry vegetables, rice, naan & drinks. The curry chicken was flavourful with rich sauce and it is great to eat indian food in our south america trip. We also ordered samosa & butter curry chicken which taste awesome as well. It will take a while to... More

Let's start with the obvious fact that New Horizon has no business being ranked in the top 20 (or top 100) in Santiago. It is a tiny restaurant in an unremarkable location in El Centro. There is literally no characteristic Indian decor. This is a place to come for solid Indian food at great prices, and nothing more. My wife... More

We were waiting when it opened at 18.30, by 19.00 all the tables were full, and three take away orders had left. Server was lovely and service very swift. We asked for it spicy and it was. The biryani was not that authentic but we thoroughly enjoyed our very cheap meal.

Went for dinner here and was not disappointed. While the selection isn't huge, what is available is delicious. We had starters, curry, paratha, and (non alcoholic) drinks and it was 32,000 Chileanos in total. It is very small inside so there was a queue forming when we left, by its worth it. Great little place - don't be put off... More

I have been to various upscale Indian restaurants in Santiago with inflated prices and average to sub-par food... this little hole-in-the-wall blows them away. The food is simply delicious--everything you hope for if you are an Indian food lover, from the bread to the Lassi drinks, and of course the main dishes. (Rice is included, as it always should be.)... More

I've been to many restaurants over the years and this has to be one of the quickest, tastiest and cheapest meals I've had! Went here twice and had the menu of the day which is around $4k pesos ($8AUD) and includes a small salad, curry of the day (veg or chicken), rice, naan bread and a drink. There is usually... More

This has to be the best value for money in Santiago. We had the lunch menu and the curry was just like what you get in India. Can't praise it enough.
