We were staying at the Ritz Carlton, Santiago, and this restaurant was touted as amazingly good. We arrived relatively early and the waiter we had, although pleasant, was new. The first impression of gratis appetizers was very favorable: they were delicious. The problem started when we ordered the wine. Apparently because the waiter was new, he could not locate it... We enjoyed our meal here with very good choices for a hotel. It's a casual venue, no coat or tie required. The nice outdoor area is wonderful in the warmer months.

Fantastic food, fine and fresh products and one of the best service in Santiago. I recomend to arrive at car parking of Ritz Carlton Hotel, walking through the lobby hotel and finally to visit and enjoy the Estro restaurant

The Ritz Carlton is a hallmark of quality throughout the work although I think they have lost their way slightly over the years. It's all about English country house with chintz. The R-C in Santiago is a fine property but the restaurant offering here has had many guises and has never really established an identity. As Estró it's design is... More

The restaurant was closed for a party and they never told us, so we were stuck in a small room next to the restaurant. The service very slow, too few servers, my guess is they were taking care of the party. Food was bad for for 3 of 4 of us, sent two back to be redone, were raw. One... More

Just terrible. The atmosphere was like eating in a train station. Noisy, bright lights and terrible service. The worst part was the food. The Ritz should be ashamed to to have it name on the door here. The food was tasteless and not worth eating. There are so many wonderful restaurants here in Santiago leave the Hotel you will thank... This is a classy hotel restaurant set inside the Ritz Carlton. The setting is classy yet laid back. The food and wine selection was superb and the staff helpful, attentive and listened to tastes. And not ridiculously expensive either!

Ate here for breakfast and lunch on 4 days (as part of a conference delegate) and dinner on 1 night. Food and service was very good. Very fresh, high quality ingredients prepared and cooked well.

We stayed at the Ritz and opted to dine in due to the rain. We had a relaxed, delicious meal. They did a better job with seafood than meat. Excellent service.
