I rarely review restaurants as I believe food/drinks is a matter of personal preference. But this place has a perfect setting and offers carefully curated Chilean cuisine with locally source ingredients. Especially the location is a little away from the busy city center which provides...More

I had been wanting to visit this restaurant as I heard it was one of the top places in Latin America. The staff is very friendly, though I was really surprised they defaulted to speaking to us in English. It surprised me because this place...More

Unpretentious restaurant with an outdoor Chilean barbecue quickly giving a feeling of expectation. Lamb on an Argentinian cross, other meats barbecueing on grates. Inside was rustic with wooden tables and chairs all nicely prepared. Service was very good with the choice of two tasting menus...More

One cannot visit Santiago without going to Borago. I recommend the full dinner experience. Cosy, romantic and delicous

What a beautiful experience this was. Truly a greatly curated tour of nouvelle cuisine chilien, multiple plates of wondrous food to have. Expensive, but very much worth the experience. Rodrigo Guzmán is an artful chef and very humble, quietly visiting each table during the course...More

Four of us ate here for dinner at the recommendation of our local drivers. We had the Raqko - a fixed menu of filling and delicious small plates served with the Maridaje Premium Wine. All of the plates were served on warmed Chilean stone. All...More

I went with my husband. The atmosphere was good, everyone at the restaurant was very nice. We had the 16 course menu with wine and juice. Some of the courses were good but some others were not really nice. I think I really liked 4/16....More

An off the beaten track place in Santiago that we walked to from our hotel. Great food and drink, which we relied on the staff to direct us on ordering. Very authentic as to what we were expecting in Chile.

I dined solo and had a great experience at the table. There was a bar but it was more of a waiting area. Also, it appeared there were some late walk in customers, so don't be deterred if you can't get a reservation. Call... More

Well to be honest 10 percent sevens to rule here but I break it often with Portland/NYC type service and go to 20 percent. All cards are accepted but save yourself the worry and don't even walk in Borago. It is a scam.
