Stumbled across this place by accident as we had intended to go to a nearby restaurant which was closed. Great find though as the pizzas were thin and delicious. The owner also was really friendly and chatted to us about our trip to Ecuador, giving us recommendations of places to go in mindo and baños.

This review is about Al Forno via Brasil. The place is a very informal one, with two floors that face crowded streets. Parking available in front of the place. Tends to be crowded in weekends.. For my taste, pizza is not that good. A very ordinary one. Service could be better. Better places in Quito. Delivery service available.

The genuine article. Thin crust Italian pizza in all flavours. A little on the pricey side, but really very worth it. The house red is a fine Chillian wine, again, pricey by European standards. Highly recommended.

We visited the Al Forno at Avenida Brasil and Avenida America. They offer an extensive Pizza Menu and certainly use fresh ingredients. The Pomodoro Mozarella Pizza was delicious in its simplicity, but the Calzone was uncooked and lacking flavor. They did however offer it Pizza style, we took it but it was not satisfactory for a calzone lover. The service... More

Very courteous and fast service, 47 varieties of pizzas, calzone, lasagna, spaghetti, antipasti, fish and tiramisu, tastes great. The owner came to our table and greated us. Nice garden. Good location.

They also have several branches in different sectors of Quito. I went to this place accompanied by my family. There is a very warm and... More

Great Food. We ate at the restaurant in Cumbaya- great pasta- and very good meat. We were there at a busy time on a saturday- however service was good and fast.

We got a variety of 4 different pizzas, including one with seafood all over it, which was really nice, one with four different local cheeses, quite heavy; one with prosciutto and olives, delicious, and last but not least, one with red bell peppers, mushrooms, and fine ham; quite excellent. Great pizza, it's different that everything else in Ecuador. I would... More
