Very good experience on a Sunday afternoon. Even though it's not easy to find the entrance (you have to go down the side street and enter the courtyard of the Katari Hotel, then go up the staircase to the second floor), the place was very...busy but the long line moved.slowly and the staff was very friendly. The young man that took my order spoke excellent English and was very patient with my questions (no, the US Starbucks app doesn't work here, and no, I can't use a US digital Starbucks card to pay for my order here). My order arrived quickly and was exactly what I ordered. When I returned on a Saturday morning, I had a very different experience. Although they open at 8 am, and the door was open, the five of us that arrived at 8 were told that they weren't yet ready, and we would have to wait 15 minutes. One young woman seemed to be doing all the work while the other stood behind the counter on her phone. When "they" were finally ready to take orders, I went first and ordered a coffee and then a muffin; the couple behind me also ordered coffee and food. The second employee eventually got off her phone to begin making the drinks. When my drink was ready, I asked about my muffin and she told me to wait. She then prepared the drinks for the next order, and then afterwards went and got our food orders. Because I was in a bit of a hurry (I still had to return to my hotel and check out to catch my flight), I was a bit displeased about this.More

Very slow. Lots of staff stood around not doing much. At least they looked like they were having fun. Coffee is normal Starbucks.

Very difficult to find this Starbucks! A small sign located on a side road. The sign on the door says they open at 8am. Wrong. They open when they are ready to open…usually around 8:10-8:15. We came twice and waited. No decaffeinated coffee for those...you desire. Nice cozy smaller rooms to sit on comfy leather chairs/couches.More

If you have 40 minutes to kill waiting for someone to make you a cup of coffee, this place is for you. Unbelievably slow. I go to Starbucks all over the world. I’ve never seen on the slow.

The took like 30 min to prepare 2 frappuccinos and there was not a lot of people. Worst experience ever in Starbucks. I don't believe is worthy to spend more for a coffee, to not get served and wait a lot for the preparation. Nowadyas...there a lot of alternative outlets with wifi and socketsMore

Very good food and beverages, just like in the United States. The main dining area is on the 2nd floor providing a beautiful panoramic view of the Plaza de Armas.

I would never normally review a Starbucks, but this one has good 1 million dollar setting: right on the Plaza de Armas facing the Cathedral and Compania de Jesus Church, and situated in a lovely colonial building on the first floor. It is worth going...just for the setting.More

Spent a long time waiting to make and receive our order of drinks and food (staff milling around, but only one taking orders and making drinks). Finally got what we ordered and went and sat down with it. Two minutes later we were told that...the whole cafe was closing in 5 minutes and we needed to leave. Why not tell me before? Totally frustrating and won't be returning. Customer service needs some serious work here.More

Free WiFi, a sense of home when out of the country, lovely ambiance, and yummy goodies. There is a balcony that overlooks the Plaza de Armas, but it was not available to use when I was there.

Stopped in to starbucks as it was walking distance to our hotel. we wanted to have something more familiar to home. The customer service was terrible, as the order menu had items that were not even available. I kindly asked why then it was on...order menu and received because we need to have it up. There was no friendly service at this establishment.More

Coffee at Starbucks is never anything to write home about, OK. But when it costs the amount of two to three three-course lunches locally, and the company does not pay taxes, I expect the facilities to be top-notch. They are not. I have never seen...the toilet clean. There are not enough wall plugs. You can't sit very comfortably. Not recommended.More

Well, it is Starbucks. We got used to the quality and we always look for it anywhere we are. it does not matter if we are in Europe, the Americas, or Asia. So we are glad they have one in Cusco. We hanged out twice...here to relax and just chill. Wifi is better than the free one at the main square. You get a code with your receipt for wifi during your stay. Like in Europe, you only get 1 type of coffee so we always order Americano. There is no choice of Dark, medium, or light roast. There will be no milk or cream on the mixing counter, so we always ask for pour at the counter. 'Tienes leche por favor'.More

We have tried a few local cafes, however, coffee were a bit weak for my liking. We ended up visiting a familiar name, I had latte macchiato with 2 shots of Cusco whatever ... nothing special. Wifi is ok, toilets were ok, good place to...kill time with nice view of Plaza De Armas.More
