One of the best days of my life so far - travelling the Amazon River, a place I've longed to visit since I was a boy, on a boat - visiting monkeys, the Boras tribe, a butterfly farm and then, to top it off, dinner and cocktails at this wonderful floating restaurant - if I'd known it had its own... This was the first time I believe I have eaten at a restaurant out on the water. It was a fun experience from the start with the boat ride out to the restaurant. The waiter was very friendly and the food was super yummy. It was a little expensive, but it is a touristy restaurant so that is to be... More

Taking the boat out to this place was really atmospheric, and the chef made a vegetarian risotto that was delicious.

I have been to most of the restaurants in Iquitos. This is number one. The food and atmosphere make it a true winner everytime. Catch it before sundown and watch the sunset over the city.

This place is literally floating in the middle of the Amazon river. Day or night this is truly a unique place to dine and play. The view on the river is fun. It is expensive. Their is nothing about it the is cheap. Dinner on the river at night is as good as there is in Iquitos. Whatever you do... More

Great food, excellent service, pool in the middle of the river. Nice view. A little pricey but worth it.

Start with your boat ride from Iquitos out to the restaurant, safely protected by a guy armed with an over/under automatic rifle shotgun! Wow. Anyway, you arrive at a very nice two story restaurant with a pool and outside bar, in the middle of an enormous river. Food is outstanding and typically unique in a way that I would never... More

This restaurant has an awesome view but the service is so bad. I had to wait 1:45 hours and that is not acceptable. Not recommend this place to anyone who is not willing to wait more than 1:45 hours to eat.

I have been looking forward to trying this restaurant since I read about it months ago planning my 6 month South America trip so my boyfriend and I decided to treat ourselves. The private dock and wooden boat were pretty impressive. You almost felt you were traveling to a tropical island and the decor was nice. The food however was a big letdown.A...
