Went there for a late lunch and had the sampler and drinks. The food was very good and the atmosphere friendly. You get there by restaurant-provided boat and have a nice view of Iquitos. I wasn't hungry enough to try the Paiche, but I hear it is amazing.

Quite a unique experience. Take a nice boat to to this restaurant that stands as a floating island in the middle of the water...Ordered the Docella fish with chonta salad after starting with a regional appetizer (cecina, chorizo etc). Absolutely perfect, large portion...and you can also take a dive into the pool in the midst of your lunch! not quite... More

Who doesn't love taking a boat out to a restaurant in the middle of the water! The ambiance and the experience was really different. It was gorgeous! They had a pool and separate bar area with TV's. The food and the drinks were good, but it was expensive for the area.

This is a wonderful restaurant. It's one of the most interesting places to dine in all of Peru. You arrive at the main entrance on the street and then you walk through a beautiful tunnel that brings you to the Amazon river where you take a boat and within four minutes you are at the restaurant which sits in the... We didn't know what to expect as our restaurant ferry nosed out into the river. We arrived at a floating island of good food and wine and a quite amazing atmosphere.

After reading some of reviews here I was sceptical about food quality, but I guess don't believe everything you read on trip advisor.yes it's expensive but still cheaper than average restaurants in USA for example with one difference, food here actually has taste.overall, according to my wife(and she is Peruvian and graduated as cook) food was excellent, service was good(manager... This is a nice restaurant in the middle of the river. They take you by boat and the overall experience is very good. Try no to go between 6 and 7 pm as the bugs will eat you alive. The food is good, not the greatest but good. Service ok, but the views are impressive.

Take a boat shuttle to reach this lovely place on the water, and lick your fingers whatever you will order! Midrange prices and worth it. Those with soft stomachs might want to watch out of the ceviche which is made of river fish.

The place is good, food is good (nothing amazing). The location over the Amazons and with a pool is great. The over price on the menu seems fair to justify the location, but they charge plus 6% on your bill for a small pool that nobody seems to use. Weird! Be careful after 6pm with those killing mosquitos! Rather to... More
