Patarachca is the best here! Crazy pisco sour with passionfruit. Also nice snacks before dinner and the dessert was really good. All this for 45soles. Very friendly staff!

I ordered Tacacho con Cecina, the regional dish here that is served in almost all of the restaurants in Iquitos. Their version was beautifully presented but both the Cecina and Tacacho were incredibly dry and tough. The aji sauce was good though. I've had this dish a couple of times in other places and this is by far the worst.... More

We were given two recommendations from the staff at our hotel. We chose this one for the air conditioning. We were quite comfortable. They had a fair number of other tables, but the service was fast. Cocktails were excellent - we had whatever Pisco drinks the waiter recommended. The food was quite good with nice presentation. Only snag was having... More

We went for lunch and we loved this restaurant. The food is excellent and reasonably-priced, service is great, they have strong air conditioning, and free wi-fi. The ceviche is beautiful, and the seafood dishes are great. It's bright and comfortable, and we had a perfect lunch.

Thank Youtaw

We ate here with a tour group on a Saturday afternoon. Our group had already ordered our meals (we each selected appetizers and entrees). They were set up and expecting us at 2 pm. But the appetizers dribbled put 2-3 at a time. After all 24 of us had been served, we waited and waited for the entrees. Same experience,... More

We ate here for a relatively early dinner in April. We were the only ones in the restaurant and it was HUGE- I'm not sure how they fill the place up. It was slightly awkward being the only ones in the restaurant, but the server was friendly (if a bit overwhelmed with the menu) Building is a bit worn but... More

We ate here believing it was a different restaurant. It is true on the reviews they dont have half of what you order. We began by ordering hamburgers and sandwiches to be told they didnt have them. We got alfredo and meat spaghetti. The food was very good tasting and hot but kinda a let down not to be able... More

We read lots of good feedback about this place and decided to try it for dinner. What we ordered was not available. What we received was not tasty but was very expensive. And the the staff was preoccupied more with the football game ongoing than with us. Total fail. The building is nice though.

I have eaten here a few times with friends recently and it has been excellent. There is no where else in Iquitos that can rival this restaurant for its history, ambience, excellent food and excellent service. A perfect place for lunch or evening meal. On my last visit we shared a ceviche to start and then I had The Maloca... More

The ambiance, the food, and lovely staff. Not pretentious and not expensive. A fine Iquitos experience.
