Panchita is an informal restaurant which combines mouth-watering food with great service. This was the first restaurant we visited during our weekend in Lima and definitely the one I’d repeat. The Causa, the Tiraditos and the ceviches were delicious. Additionally, the portions are very generous...More

From all the meals between Aguas Calientes, Cusco, Ica and Miraflores Panchitas was THE BEST. They are a little more expensive than other options but we'll worth it a small tip as with most plates in Peru the servings are huge and normally enough for...More

If you are looking for good Peruvian food this is a great option. The appetizers were really good and the aji de gallina was very good!

We came with friends whose friend was from Lima. He starred the dishes we should try, but everything was good. The spring rolls, Caesar salad, corn pie in the oven, tres leches dessert, ice cream, all were portions meant to be shared and all good....More

The food, service and quality of this restaurant is impressive. But the most I liked was the captain of our table "CARLOS", this man knows very well his work, transmits knowledge and makes recommendations according to what the client wants. He is a man that...More

The Papas Rellenos for the appetizer were large and really good. We ordered two entrees, but the waiter suggested that was more than two people could eat, so we ordered only one entree. It was lots of food, plenty for the both of us. Best...More

It is open from noon until 5pm. It gets busy on weekends so I always recommend you make reservations or you could be waiting for 30 minutes

We cook ancient and contemporary Peruvian Creole food, and honor the tradition and culture of Lima. We imprint flavor onto high-level products, sometimes with a slow burn and other times with a vivid flame. One thing remains unchanged: we cook with the same passion our grandmothers did and preserve their seasoning. Our cuisine is bold, roguish and generous, just like Marthita, our chef, who is as mischievous as a good jarana limeña.
