For a hotel restaurant this is a decent place. But do not expect much. The night I ate here half of the entrees (including ceviches and tiraditos) were not available. Service is good.

I generally avoid restaurants inside if hotels other than the breakfast bar. But I did eat here 3 times, twice for breakfast and once for dinner. Breakfasts were fine but nothing special. The dinner was excellent. The menu has a nice range of selections and...More

Nice looking food. Bad bad tasting. Nothing makes me more sad to find chefs that forget you are in a restaurant for eating, no matter how many flames you make while cooking or how cool is the co2 in the dish. Only decent thing was...More

Nice ambiance, you can see the entire kitchen through a glass and the decor is also clean and nice. I ordered a Mero Merito and honestly expected more for its price. The fish was a little overcooked and some of the fish roes were too...More

I stayed at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. There were multiple egg selections, grilled vegetables and chicken, fresh fruit, nice breads and cheese. They have a lot of additions to their 103 calorie flavored yogurt. Coffee was excellent. I returned to the restaurant...More

I decided to take all my meals at this restaurant which forms part of the hotel throughout my stay at the hotel. I normally don't do this but I had no regrets as the food at this restaurant meets any standard you seek outside. The...More

Quimera is a really great international style restaurant, "authorial" dishes, very bold cuisine excellent executed and with fresh products. However, do not expect too much of Peruvian inspiration: definitely almost no Peruvian classicals.

The service was attentive and the atmosphere was chic, but the food did not live up to our expectations. I tried the cuyo and it was barely edible. The desserts weren't fantastic either. Much better places to try in Lima.
