A local business associate took us here and said it was his secret, don't tell anyone. But of course it's not a secret anymore. Food was fabulous. We had only seafood, best prawns ever. Lots of browned butter in some dishes, sizzling at the table and as everyone says the fish baked in salt casing is superb. Good wine selection.

Amazing restaurant. Most delicious food, and the service is simple outstanding. I never felt so welcomed anywhere else in Peru or other countries. We will become regulars as of now. The best dish is Chita a la Sal. It is amazing, it is a must have for anyone in Peru.

Visited this restaurant on a layover at Lima airport, since this is one of the few upscale places that offer dinner as early as 5 pm. The food was outstanding, in particular the ceviche and Chita baked in rock salt. Our waiter was also very helpful. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for here. One note- allow for... More

Stopped in to this highly rated restaurant for a casual drink midday. This place is very stuffy and clearly harnessing way too much machismo for a modern woman. 20 minutes to order a drink. Skip it. There are much more fun areas 20 minutes away or even around the corner at Diali.

I went with a high-rolling patron and we got star service. The food is simply delicious, though prices are high. Ask for help from the waiter, as the menu is complex.

The neighborhood is non descript, but the fish is expertly and beautifully presented. We had chita a la sal, a signature dish of the place and it was excellent, moist and tender, superbly served without bones, etc. The ceviche and the coco/caramel desert were also excellent. The room was OK, attentive service. Expensive for Lima, but relatiely cheap for NY.

What a gem of a restaurant along Lima's Miraflores coast. The salted "Chita " dish was the bomb as was Edwin's first class service. Warm greeting courtesy of Mari Carmen. Clearly a place to visit when in Lima. A bit pricey though.

We went for dinner at Costanera 700 and we were very happy we did. We ordered appetizers (Maki Acevichado, Maki Dinamita, Caracoles , and Tiradito de Lenguado). We ordered their "Chita a la Sal" fish for the main course accompanied by a rice with vegetables (Chaufa de Verduras). For dessert we ordered: Crepes Suzette and Chirimoya Alegre. Everything was well... More

PROS: Good location, quiet and safe area, the fish is very good and seafood and ceviche even better, but the best was the "asado de tira" slow cook, really delicious and tender meat. Good wine list and friendly service, CONS: Service a little slow, above average price IN SUMMARY: Excellent choice for special occasions , both groups and couples
