One of the best foodie experiences in the Sacred Valley. The Hacienda is just perfect. Location, food, property and the service overall cannot be better. We were 12 of us visiting the property for a vegetraian lunch and were blown away by the quality of...the food and the service. Highly recommend.More

My parents had a reservation at the restaurant with their tour, we followed them to be together, but nobody told us that the four courses were included (entry, soup, main dish and dessert), lemonade or pizco for 240 soles and a tour. Me and my...son had only one plate (mine was a soup), we didnt know about the four courses and the waiter nor my parents tour guide told us about the choises we had.More

We had an absolutely amazing dinner and experience here! The food was incredible and so was the staff. Jorge arranged everything with us in advance and continuously checked in with us before and throughout our time there. The owner even came to welcome us! We...got a personal tour of the incredible artifacts as well. Highly recommended!More

Wonderful restaurant on the foothills in the Sacred Valley. The restaurant is hard to find with bumpy roads but the location is breathtaking. The grounds are stunning with incredible art and the museum of Inca and Spanish artifacts is well worth a visit. The service...was awesome and the food very nice. It’s well worth a visit if you are in the area.More

What a great dinner! It was quite a challenge to get there, even my very experienced driver had some problems to find it. Once there, the beautiful daughter of the owner (I think her name was Lucia - pls. forgive me when I am wrong)...gave me a tour through their private museum, a collection of pre-Inca and Inca-things that her grandfather had started. Best was the food. The appetizer, Avocado with palm heart and Papaya vinegar was the best dish which I had in Peru (and I visited also the top-restaurants in Lima). Soup and main dish were okay, but the desert made my heart (and my stomach) jump again :-) I almost would have gone there for a second time, but didn´t manage to do so for time reasonsMore

Driving up to and through the grounds on this property is absolutely breathtaking. Their art collection and interior dining room is also quite spectacular. We were with a tour group so we sat in the little private room with a set menu which was a...little basic in preparation but did not lack in flavor. Afterwords we walked in the garden with stunning views of the sacred Valley. It’s a bit difficult and out of the way to get to but if you’re staying nearby definitely visit this propertyMore

First, My private guide brought me here in the morning on the way to one of three sites we were seeing that day... I was allowed to take a few photos, I went back the same day for dinner, incase you're wondering about a few...photos of an empty restaurant. Now back to my dinner review... The moment I arrived, I was overwhelmed not only by the beautiful gardens but also carvings and stone/art works perfectly curated all around the property I wanted to run around and put sold signs on everything... Walking the pathway towards the gorgeous wood door, I couldn't wait to see inside forgetting, I was not at a museum but was here to have dinner. Inside, the walls were covered with Peruvian art, hand painted tiles & plates... the floors were brick and laid meticulously in a chevron pattern and the ceiling, OMG gorgeous hand hewn beams and a number of antique chandeliers. The entire restaurant was filled with conversation, smiling faces and a spicy scent wafting in the air... Oh waiter, I'll take a glass of wine and whatever you can get here right-a-way! [Kidding I don't speak to waiters like that] I was seated at a lovely table perfect for people watching. The bread was warm and fresh from the oven and some pretty darn good butter, I ordered a fish dish and a glass of Chilean red, that was very delicious oh and the wine too. The staff was buzzing around like bees, always with a smile, I never felt rushed and I never felt anyone was hovering, food arrived piping hot and in an appropriate time frame. Even with a packed Restaurant, when I placed one finger to the rim of my nearing empty wine glass, poof a new glass appeared. My dinner and wine ... came to an amazing total of fifty dollars, talk about a great deal, I would have paid them double. So, I had great service, delicious meal and a few nice glasses of wine... I experienced a perfect evening and I left truly satisfied... Enjoy!More

We had a most wonderful experience here and the best lunch of our entire trip! We were greeted with the best Pisco Sour in all of Peru, enjoyed the amazing grounds and collections of Pre-Colombian artifacts, then had a most exquisite farm to table lunch!...We still rave about the causa and trout, especially! We were a large group of three dozen people and the staff could not have been more professional and kind! Our highest recommendations!More

Getting there is difficult but worth the drive on the rough road. The home is very impressive, a museum in many ways, and the grounds are beautiful. Although the restaurant (two rooms) is beautiful, we elected to eat outside in the garden, very nice. Our...lunch was excellent. There were plenty of interesting choices on the menu. Because of the language barrier the server was a bit trying but we managed.More

Great restaurant in a fabulous surrounding - as well the view as the decoration of another age - obviously the price is rather expensive but worthwhile!
