We had a full day of touring, but with a late lunch we only had a half bottle of wine and some dessert at El Peregrino for our late night snack. We stayed at the Don Boutique Hotel across the street, so this was our closest option. Our very helpful waiter suggested I have the all chocolate dessert and my... More

I read a lot of the reviews and even if some did not like the quality I think the "average" of the rewiews also applied for me. I had a good sized and really delicious food. I liked it (But I did not have extreme expectations). The service was nice (my waiter was extremely nice and helpful but not annoying... More

In front of my hotel. I had everything that is bad for me!!! Chitterlings, kidneys, blood sausage, pancreas etc, etc. Terrible for Gout sufferers but great taste washed down with a bottle of Amant tannat. A memorable meal with a very pleasant server

I have just returned from a steak meal and had high expectations. I ate with a friend and we both ordered the same steak. His was cooked exactly as I like it and was a thicker cut which I prefer. Mine was too thin and served medium when I asked for rare. With 2 small beers, and a steak with... More

I never write very negative reviews. This place gets the only one I have done. We went here after arriving on a very stormy night in Montevideo and sheltering with a glass of wine hole waiting for our air bnb host. We went back for dinner. The tan batwing was good and my husband's steak was good quality ... But... More

Very good, soft and juicy meat. Big sized portions. Not so expensive ~URU700 per person. Requires some time to be server but it worths. Pretty nice environment.

Great restaurant, environment and food (meat) BUT there's only 3 waiters serving a lot of tables so its difficult to order. But it worth it! Great experience! ;)

You can get a nice steak, fries, chorizo or any meat and sides, tons of options there. The food is superb, you will like it quite a bit and I assure you in the food department you will be satisfied. The service is average, but that is since its almost always full, but on the other hand the upper floor... More
