Well Wolkonsky in Kiev is like in Moscow : pretty good food UT nothing crazy, at a very exclusive price. Can't argue about the location, very central but quiet. I'd say there is better right next door.

We ate breakfast at Wolkonsky twice while visiting Kyev. The food and drink are excellent - the service is good. There are lots of cheaper cafés doing a fantastic job in this lovely city but you will enjoy this quiet and charming place.
