Probably one of the best options at Gran Via. Good italien food. The pasta I had was made fresh and taste was good.

Had dinner here one night late.
Chose to seat at the terrace looking towards La Gran Via.
Ambiance was fine and not as noicy as expected.
Food was very good and service was friendly despite the hour.
A good choice if you want something good, not if you are looking for a dinning experience.

I was looking for a different pizzeria which I thought was in Gran Via. My wife and I being hungry decided to give La Bodega a try after passing by for a couple years. The environment and people are nice, and attentive. However the food had zero flavor, no oregano, basil, or garlic. I had to add salt to mine and some of their hot sauce to get it down. I ordered pizza and it so closely reminded me of the pizza I buy from the super and add ingredients, I'm pretty sure this is what they do with theirs. My wife says her food was OK, but I tried and the pasta was watered down with little flavor and of course she added the hot sauce. Hot sauce at an Italian restaurant? I would have preferred Pizza Hut. The average rating is for service and environment.

Good Food with great wines! The service was fast and attentive! What I call a “Do Over” one point of interest for me is when the wait staff lights up over your choice of food or wine! Tells me they have eating the food and enjoyed it!!!

The tomato Capri appetizer was delicious. I had ordered a chicken dish that had cubed chicken in a garlic and oil with vegetables. The chicken was like rubber. My dinner guest all had something different and I didn’t hear any complaints.

This is a good restaurant, but it was better. The pasta is good, the service is really nice, but the flavor I feel like they could be perform better... They should put more attention to the details regarding flavors.

I went with several friends to this place, as i have stated before, i'm a Gnocchi lover, so i ordered Gnocchis at this place, and here is my review:
-Food is expensive, around $14 for the Gnocchi plate
-Food is not so tasty as other places... sorry this is true!
-Size of the plate is relatively small for the price!
So, my final impression is that this is not the best place to enjoy italian food, and be ready to pay a lot for the food here!

This restaurant has 2 locations and La Gran Via is probably the best one. They have a great selection for lunch at reasonable prices. Just ask for the executive lunches menu. Good music and great service in both locations. You also have to try their pizzas! A nice place if you're looking for a good diner.

This restaurant used to be good my last visit was not good here is what I had:
Entree, octopus carpaccio (Really bad) and foccacias (Bread was flufy)
Main Course, Pizza half Frutti di Mari and prossutto/black olives. (Crust was flufy, we asked to be more crusted and came back awfull)
Service was not good either!! Music was mexican!!!
Please consider other options for italian food!!!

Had a great visit for dinner at their location in Avante. Place is big and nice music. One of the best italian food restaurants in San Salvador. Prices are fair but you get great taste and flavor dishes.

Very little authentic Italian at this place - it is ok to go to if you are hungry and want a meal but the quality and preparation of the Italian food needs improvement. Thin crust pizza - they say they have it but is not really thin crust - cheese of course, is processed. Bread as an appetizer is fine. A bit disappointed.
