Great location

The location is great because it is located in a very nice commercial complex, it is safe and open to walk around. This might be the only place for a good beer in the complex and has a nice terrace to sit outside. The prices are good, the food is good and the only reason I don’t give it a higher rating is because they took way too long the three times I’ve been there to give me and later to charge my bill. Other than that it was good.

Decent place to watch sports!

Chilled out at this place watching some MLB and La Liga Soccer games while eating some Wings and drinkin' a couple of "Supremas"...not too shabby!

It was a good restaurant, not a, with a nice atmosphere. The waiters are very nice, food was prepared really quick. Not the best burger I ever taste but it was ok.

Not bad, but certainly not good

The great thing about this place is the location. Inside one of the best malls in the country and close to important hotels, location is a win. Once you get in, the environment is not bad, and if you only want to go sit at the bar and watch sports while you drink your pint, then the place works. However, when it comes to food, they fail. Dishes are big, but not tasty, fries are dry and food is not even hot. One of the burgers we ordered was supposed to have bacon in it, but it only had a small piece hanging out to make it look as if it was packed with bacon, but there was nothing inside. This is an old restaurant and it’s been around a long time. It used to be good, but I do not know what happened. Food certainly looks nice, but believe me, it doesn’t taste as good as it looks. Customer service is pretty average too.

We stopped in as we haven't had a burger in a long, long time, we had about an hour before our movie started, and Bennigan's is right next to the cinema. We sat inside. The music was a little loud, but that's the trend nowadays. I just happened to notice that it took 11 minutes for our server to show up at the table after we were seated. My companion wanted a tequila and asked what there was available. Our server didn't know for sure and had to go check. As it turns out they only carry two brands, and the good one was out of stock. My companion then asked what vodka was available. Again the server had to go check, but at least they had a decent one available. (I waited tables for a similar fast-casual chain while at university in the US. We had to take an actual written fill-in-the-blank test on the menu and bar before we began work. It is beyond frustrating that waiters in El Salvador are not trained.) After that exchange, I decided a local beer was my best option - at least it was cold. As we'd had so much time sitting there we were able to give our entire order to the server. And guess what? The appetizer got out before she got our drinks to us from the bar. We'd ordered boneless wings just to try them - they were okay - but the "hot" buffalo sauce isn't hot. I asked the server if they had Tabasco, she replied yes, and a bit later appeared with a small Tabasco bottle with the label washed off. I couldn't identify the hot sauce in the bottle, but I eat Tabasco almost every day and it wasn't Tabasco (and wasn't all that hot either). We were about 80% done with the wings when the burgers came out ... way, way, too fast to have not been pre-cooked and slapped together. She had the classic cheeseburger and reported that it was okay, but the fries were cold. I had the chipotle burger expecting a burst of flavor, but it was nearly tasteless and the patty wasn't griddle hot. The bun was cold, but I could see where it'd been on the griddle at some point. The fries were cold. We had to ask the server to bring a different bottle of ketchup as the one she delivered to the table was greasy and had ketchup leaking down the side. We won't go back to this Bennigan's.

Excellent Burgers and Price

I have always the same, guinnes burger!!! Very good in the lunch menu set, with drink and salad, only 6$. Best option around.

Fast Friendly Service

Went t to Bennigan’s for dinner on a Tuesday night. We were greeted by a friendly hostess. Our server was nice. Our food came out fast. And it was delicious.

Bug in our nachos

I decided to go with a friend as we couldn't find any other open spots mid afternoon. Unfortunately, there was some kind of bug in our nachos. The server tried to give us some lame excuse that the bug landed on our food, but we knew that was not the case. The manager did come out eventually to apologise and didn't charge us anything (we had drinks too). I would avoid this place until they sort out their cleanliness issues.

We were here in late May, 2017 for a business dinner with about 30 people from the office we support in Santa Tecla. Sometimes, a group that large can overwhelm a restaurant but not in this case. Our waitress did an admirable job handling all of the drink, appetizer, and entree orders for our party. We arrived about 6:00 PM and were quickly setup with a table on the patio large enough to accommodate all of us. Drinks and appetizers were brought for the early arrivals while we waited for everyone to join. As I mentioned, the waitress did a great job handling all the orders without additional staff to give her a hand. i was pretty impressed. The food is standard Bennigan's chain food. You'll know what to expect, be it here in El Salvador or in the United States. It's exactly the same thing. The food doesn't stand out here - the service did. Restrooms were clean. Parking is part of a larger mall and relatively easy. Overall, they helped us throw a great party for our office on the last night in Santa Tecla before the overseas team had to fly home to the States.

Fast Food at Restaurant Prices

Bennigan's is one of those food restaurants that wants you to feel like you are at your favorite bar (♪♫Where everybody knows your name☺♫♪). The staff is very kind and courteous, but for some reason, the food reminds you that you are in a fast food joint. The same food would cost half the prices they charge you in a food truck. It's not that the food isn't good, it's just that is fast food. Plain and simple. If you are staying at a hotel nearby and want to dine out and relax for the night, this would be an easy choice. The atmosphere is good, but I'm not head-over-heels for the food and what they charge you for it.

I went with friend and I ordered a month Cristo sandwich. It was really amazing. Lots of calories but who cares, the sandwich had everything you could expect. Mi friends ask for different things and everything was really good

Went here for Valentine's Day

The wait was long (naturally, on Valentine's), but if I'm told 30 minute wait and end up waiting over an hour, then I'm a little frustrated. The restaurant was extremely loud (sat near bar) but that was expected. Service was not good, waited a long time for menus, the order and the check. Was happy to leave especially after a mediocre meal (it was not bad, just mediocre).

Bennigans is fast food at non fast food prices. I just wanted somewhere outside my hotel to relax with a beer and some food. Bennigans did this. Was the food Amazing? No ....but I didn't expect it to be. Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff

What can I say. It's well air conditioned inside and quite loud. The food is American for sure. I was a little upset that the beer I wanted wasn't cold so I had to order something else. Overall it was ok.
