after the dinner I could not sleep all night. Heavy food and stomach pain. I recommend to go for other options.

The food is amazing! I recommend it 100%. The owner is very personable and makes guests feel welcome. They take gastronomy to a new level; they have unique dishes that are simply delicious!
Fresh ingredients, fascinating options, seafood and pasta amazing, love Tuna Festival, great wines served at perfect temperature 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Amazing food, specially the taste, it’s natural and different. Our mouth was delight by the great variety of dishes , without mention ,how the owner told us how the food is prepared . At the end of our conversation, we were offered a free dessert..., free of sugar by the owner. Definitely, we recommend this place , great food and environment!! Donald & InmaMore
Great place, the owner is a great guy who is very passionate about diving, fresh fish and good food. He also has great diving stories
If is not the best it's one of the best seafood restaurant I ever been here in Nicaragua. The flavors, texture and ingredients its just a delicacy. Highly recommended! For any event!
I was invited to attend a small get together at this restaurant. Each of us ordered what we wanted. The pricing for drinks was not expensive, but I found the entrees were overpriced for the portions you get. Otherwise ambience was nice, food was tasty...and memorable. Only wish they served more on a plate. Also my partner is vegan and she did not find much to enjoy from the menu, so I would not say this is the best choice for vegan diners. All in all I'd say this place offers fine dining at mid-range prices with small portions and eye-dazzling presentations.More
Thank you for your comments, we will take all your comments into consideration for constant improvement. Something interesting for us was to read about the began choices in our menu. Both digital and printed menu has a section dedicated to vegan options, so this means...More

I was recommended by several people to visto this place but they didn’t explain me how amazing the culinary experience was going to be. I never leave reviews here, but this time it’s worth it. Great food, great service, the owner Alessio treat us like...kings. Every dish was an experience. At the end even a sampling of different types of salts from around the world. Guarantee it will be an amazing night.More

Well, the name of the place “gastronomía” tells you a lot about it. It’s definitely the nicest place to come a hace a decent meal, well thought in every detail, and very healthy. We order some of the new inventions of the owner, and it...was delicious. But the thing that surprised us the most was dessert, ice cream 🍨 made with olive oil, albahaca, and tomato.!! As weird as it sounds, it was unbelievable good.. it was delicious. The owner was a very very very kind person and very patient to explain every single detail of what he cooks, and with so much love and passion. I definitely recommend gastronomía el buzo, and definitely will come back again.More

Gastronomía El Buzo has outstanding food, a salient characteristic is that all of the seafood is fished or captured by the chef. In terms of quality of preparation and creativity I rank as truly great. I highly recommend it.

I had the opportunity to celebrate my 13th wedding anniversary in Gastronomia El Buzo. Last time we were there, was when this restaurant was called La Cueva del Buzo. There are so many excellent changes there. You have two kind of menus, physical and digital....Using digital menu, you can see pictures of every dish. We received the recommendations and attentions from Mr Alessio (the owner); he really knows everything about the dishes, ingredients and the way he makes every piece of art. The waiters are very kind and they know what customer support and satisfaction means! We tasted tuna and shrimp carpaccio (both excellent choices). I don't remember the name of the main dishes (of course seafood) but we really enjoy them. We received the desserts as a git from Mr. Alessio and its restaurant. They were exquisite. He uses tomatoes as a fruit and eggplant as part of the ingredients. We didn't have enough space since we ate the whole starters and main dishes but we did not leave anything Thanks a lot!
