Excellent place for seafood. So many things to select from and very unique presentation. Atmosphere was very nice and comfortable. We felt the price was incredible for all we had to eat. So hard to make a choice on what to eat.

We enjoyed our dinner at Machu Picchu. We ordered the drink of the house the piso sours and the appetizer for 2 of many seafood items served in little shells. Followed by the chicken which was very tasty. Very good overall, attentive service, nice presentation.

We went there as a short walk from our hotel and found the great treasure of a fine and medium priced restaurant. I had the sea bass with prawns and other seafood and it was absolutely wonderful. The bass was to melt in your mouth, and the sauce --OH MY GOSH, wonderful. Service was excellent, and the meal very resonable... More

Good location, easy to find and walk to from central area. But the cuisine was disappointing, only average. None of the ecstasy of the real thing.

Not the nicest atmosphere and based on the speed the food was served it must have been precooked. Taste ok but nothing to rave about.

Excellent dinner of prawns and seafood was just right for evening meal under $60.00. The side salad was dressed with delicious vinegrette. Pisco sours were lovely. We recommend this restaurant. It was tricky to find for our taxi driver.

This was better than any restaurant we tried in Peru on a recent trip. The atmosphere was authentic, service excellent and the food fantastic. My grown daughter & I tried the Ceviche, which was very good.. I had wonderful prawns with a delicious sauce, Everything was just very pleasant and all food was outstanding. Clearly if one wants to try... More

Went there for drinks one afternoon and then went back a couple of days later for dinner. Sat outside on a lovely evening. Food was good and plenty. Great Peruvian food

Third visit to this place, finding good service and food consistent. The gloomy location in a dark road is compensated with the food and drinks. The ceviche selection and tastes best I've found outside Peru. Attentive service, flexibilty, even for us with little or no spanish. We'll be back :)

Although you can't compare with restaurants in Lima, RestauranteMachu Picchu does make a very good effort to serve some genuine Peruvian food. Our ceviche was excellent, all our food was tasty and overall presentation was refined. I found the atmosphere a little too dark... Service was average to international standards (good for local standards...) Do NOT order their "fresh juices"... More
