A good selection of vegan food is available on a pay by selection basis. It would be much improved if the food was kept hotter.

The food is delicious and healthy. I especially enjoy their pumpkin soup! The staff are very friendly also.

It wasn't until after my second time here that I noticed the non-paying customers (the roaches). I quickly had to remind myself of the many, much worse places I've eaten at. It's unfortunate that they can't get it right. The food is flavorful but NEVER hot, the only things that aren't fried are the salad, soup and maybe one other... More

Delicious, fresh Vegan food ready-to-go at a reasonable price. They let me taste-test their soy-based "meat" items until I found the most delicious ones. While in the area, I visited every day and enjoyed every meal I had. It's kind of hot in the restaurant (little to no A/C) so I often took mine to go.

I immediately liked the woman (who I believe to be the owner) who greeted me. I liked the fact that this is a vegan restaurant. No animals or animal products found in the food here. While the food is not gourmet vegan, it is definitely filling and cruelty free. The portions are large. I wish them continued success in there... More

This restaurant is easy to find, directly across from the Calle Manuel Espinosa Batista entrance to The University of Panama. It's only open until 5 pm, at it's not open on weekends, but lunch is so awesome. The restaurant has a social mission to bring affordable, healthy, cruelty-free food to eaters in Panama City (and elsewhere in the world.) There... More

This is a place where you go if you are into vegan food and you are on a budget. But i never figured out why it costs here $1.50 per scoop, when around the corner in El Jardin Vegetariana it costs $0.70. To me it seems that they were serving a bit better food but not twice better. The place... More

It's like a buffet; only you don't get to put the food on your plate yourself, so proportions aren't right. The food is so unappetizing to look at. It has some sort of slimy membrane all over it. Tofu tasteless, broccoli over cooked, not vegan ketchup. Just don't go here. You are not in for a nice meal in any... More

Good thing: food, which is good, although very basic. The burger was tasty and the tofu cheesecake yummy. Bad things: service is horrible, the place very sad. In general, it's good if you wanna eat vegan, as the food is 100% vegan.
