This is your typical pizza/american restaurant. You can get great subs, sandwiches, pizza, fried food and much more!

If you want a real Maine Italian- this is where you get it, Ayuh. It's a taste of down home and the locals will keep you entertained with their friendly bantah while you wait a couplah minutes for your sandwiches. Get a Lobstah roll, (it's fat & delicious) and for god's sake, order a Big Dave - HOT. It's loaded... More

Many places try to make a great ham italian, and trust me I have tried A LOT being a native Mainer. We are picky about our bread (always go with large because you want it chewy), picky about our black olives and VERY picky about NOT having lettuce on our italian. Go classic Ham or try something new and get... More

Damon's has been open since 1950. It is always a great place to have fresh sandwiches, pizza, etc. Always friendly service. . Perfect place for lunch if you are short for time (i.e. 1 hour lunch break). . you can get in and out with a full belly. Our favorite: Traditional ham Italian - with light onions of course!

My fiance raves about this place every time he works out of town. We were in portland and on the way home stopped to grab a bite at Damon's. We walked in, it was packed, the staff was friendly and hillarious. Listening to them chit chat with their regulars made us feel right at home. The food was fast and... More

Stayed at the Senator Inn for New Years and after a few adult beverages we started to get hungry so we ordered Damon's. Hawaiian pizza, big Dave Jr, loaded steak bomb and curly fries! Forget the big Dave jr, just get the full sized version! The pizza was good not greasy, order the fresh dough. Steak bomb was good, curly... More

Nice guys! We are out of town visitors and they accommodated us with our food take out orders - just as they were about to close. Good meatball subs rivals that of Subway. The menu board had extensive selection/choices... have to try them another day.
