Food was good, but will not return any time soon. Service was horrible. We arrived at 6:30, took 30 minutes to see a waiter. No printed list of wine by the glass, we were told to tell them what we wanted. We ordered beer. We...were told their point of sale system was down, so payments could only be taken in cash, although we thought we saw someone using a card. Food was enjoyable, but took a long time to get anything. No plates ever taken, and another 30 minutes to get the bill. The waiter showed us the bill in his handheld machine, waited while we paid him the cash, no receipt even offered. We have no idea if our cash was used to pay our bill.More

Restaurant was VERY understaffed. The person that seemed to be the manager got snippy with a guest who was inquiring about the wait time. The bacon wrapped scallops seemed like they were a frozen appetizer, they just heated up. Very hard to chew. The hushpuppies...were better, but also lacked flavor. Faisal was our server and he really did a good job.More

We visited Latitude 38 after a returning from a Watermark cruise. We arrived at about 4:15 on a Saturday afternoon, and the restaurant was packed. The hostess told us she could seat us in 20-25 minutes, and we agreed to wait. Exactly on time, we...received a call that our table was ready. We were taken upstairs and seated at a lovely table overlooking the Annapolis harbor. As is our custom in Maryland, we started with the Maryland crab soup. We can honestly say this is the best we have tasted in the entire state. Afterwards we shared the Black and Blue Chicken Cobb Salad. The vegetables were extremely fresh, and the chicken was perfectly prepared. The staff was very professional and the service was spot on. We will certainly return on our next visit to Annapolis.More

Loved this spot in the heart of Annapolis. The management had a great approach to dining. They set up tables outside which were self-serve, the bar inside or the dining room depending upon one's personal preferences. With the dog in tow we opted for self...serve outside. It was great. We had a table in the corner, picked what we wanted, ordered at the bar and the food was prepared to go so we could eat what we wanted at our cozy table then pack up and take the remainder with us. The fish tacos were exceptionally delicious. The burger was prepared perfectly for my husband and the one for the dog was much appreciated too. The staff even came out to say hello and see if we needed anything between their other duties inside the restaurant, really made us feel welcome. Definitely going back next time we are in port.More

Went to this restaurant for Valentine's Day Brunch... Got there at 11A so we were the second couple seated after they opened. Waitress was pleasant, but new. I asked her how their egg white omelets were.. because I hate it when you get a tiny...one eg- white scram that falls apart. She said that she "didn't know".. so she went away to ask others on staff, while she got our drinks. She brought back our drinks and told me that the staff said it was terrific, so I ordered it. My wife ordered the Eggs Benedict from the V-Day Brunch menu. We also ordered Lobster Bisque as an appetizer and it was not very warm.. but was okay and acceptable. My wife's Eggs Benedict came back and so did my omelet, Mine came back as a regular omelet so I sent it back and told my wife to start eating. The waitress said that the "bar-back support" had picked up the wrong plate in the kitchen... and would be "right back." Well, that was a lie because it took another 10-12 minutes for the egg white omelet to come back out. So it was obviously cooked from scratch at that time. When finally served, It was tiny and served on an appetizer plate. I was hungry at this point, so didn't complain...my wife was already half-way done with her food.. so I wanted to eat some with her,... and just started eating. By this point, my wife ate her way into the inside of her egg and hit the yellow part... and it was totally a solid fried egg... (not poached egg as Eggs Benedict are supposed to be!) When the waitress returned, my wife told her about her egg... and I then chimed in about my tiny little omelet. She apologized and sent a female supervisor back... and we had to have that awkward conversation once again. She went away, and still another manager returned (now the 3rd person we had to re-tell the story to).. and once again, the awkward conversation about crappy service and bad food again had to be told again. Its really awkward to have to complain three times! He apologized and offered us some additional food... OR a $25 gift card for the future. He promised us that this card would be undated and good indefinitely. I just wanted to get out of there, and So I paid the bill.. and left to get our car and pull it up front of the restaurant. My wife waited at the table until the gift card the card arrived. I sat outside for ten minutes and when she returned, she said that the waitress gave her an expired (or used) gift card from the December holidays that expired at the end of January. Lucky she carefully read the back of the card to deduce this error. So she had to wait for the manager to return again with an another gift card.. that finally was correct and (not used!) Crappy food! Servers that lie about your order status! Awkward retelling of our horror story three times.. the promise of a gift card.. and then being given an expired gift card. When I titled this review "The Gang That Couldn't Shoot Straight!"... these are the reasons why! I'm not even sure that I want to return to even use the gift card... yikes!!!More

4 of us went here on a friday night in September. We sat on the deck. And got a ton of the appetizers which were half-price. We got the smoked wings, meatballs, bbq scallops, calamari, tuna wonton stacks and crab balls. Everything was very tasty as...were the crushes!! Best deal in town. I think half price apps are from 3-6 pm.More

We were 2 groups of 6 visiting recently where we sat outside under the marquee which followed social distancing protocols. Because we sat outside we had to go up to order ourselves which was not ideal. Seafood was hot and tasty and enjoyed by all...however we struggled to get drinks we wanted as alot of beer brands were unavailable which was disappointing.More

After taking a 60 minute walk through the Naval Academy I decided to sit down at a local establishment and cool down with water and a nice glass of wine. Visited this place and was not even allowed to get in to the terrace...it is...ONLY for dinner. Ok, I decided to take my business sonewhere else...came across Middleton Tavern. Let's see how it goes...More

I was a bit cautious due to the poor reviews, but my family and I decided to give this place a try anyway. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious. The music was fantastic. The views of the water were relaxing. One server has...struggled to figure out that we had ordered the crab dip, however overall the service was decent! Next time we are in Annapolis we’ll certainly return. (p.s. get the crab dip)More
