They have Bushmills black and Dewers; a relaxing place on a Saturday to watch basketball. Historic feeling too.

All four of us enjoyed the evening, better than more highly rated restaurants in Annapolis. Delicious soups and seafood appetizers, followed by rock bass or roast chicken and vegetables. Good wine list, friendly efficient service--cant ask for more than that!

I had both breakfast and dinner at this place on a business trip. The place is absolutely wonderful. Quiet, with a very colonial ambience, spotless, and the food is excellent. service is friendly and a pleasure to interact with the personnel. Prices are reasonable too. I definitely recommend particularly if you happen to be tired and want a more secluded... More

Because of room screw-ups and inconvenience, the front desk manager had offered complimentary breakfast for the next morning. Monday morning we went to the restaurant and incredibly found that there was one person hosting, cleaning tables, and taking food orders. We waited five minutes to be greeted. Then after being seated, and waiting another five minutes and him not coming... More

Had breakfast and dinner at Treaty of Paris on a recent trip to Annapolis and I have to say that the service is over the top, the very old and beautifully appointed dining room holds lots of history and the food is great. Breakfast is wonderful but dinner is the best. That popover was melt in the mouth perfect, Caesar... More

We enjoyed our meal here. Love the history and the possibility that some of our founding fathers might have enjoyed a drink her as well!

Classic just comes to mind. Tastefully appointed, regal feel of days gone by. Prompt friendly/ professional service, we enjoyed classic breakfasts of Eggs Florentine and crab omelet, both with breakfast potatoes that truly taste like potatoes. Beautifully presented- piping hot- eggs cooked properly- taste just right. The value is appropriate for the experience. Only thing we would like to improve... More

My husband has wanted to eat here since he was a midshipman many many years ago. So with our kids away overseas at college decided to not cook. Looked at many restaurants. The Treaty of Paris offered a buffet NOT a fixed price 3 course menu for a wonderful price! We booked. The four of us were seated right by... More

I finally stopped in for breakfast one morning. The restaurant is very small but nicely decorated. Breakfast was a little pricey but tasted wonderful I will definitely be back to try other meals here.

Small, cozy basement bar with liquor, beer, and wine. Friendly staff, quiet place. Tip: take your drink upstairs into the hotel and look at some of the historic artifacts, pictures, and renovated building.
