About
Level was established as a locals first atmosphere with welcoming attitudes to all. The cocktails are all handcrafted with fresh juices, mixes, and garnishes. It has been a favorite Downtown Annapolis Restaurant and Event venue since opening in 2009. One of the many things that makes us unique is our commitment to source as many fresh ingredients locally from Annapolis, the State of Maryland and surrounding markets. Our award-winning small plates are crafted to encourage this same sense of community and sharing. We also offer the perfect atmosphere for holiday parties, weddings, rehearsal dinners and corporate events. Level is located on the second block of West Street known as the Arts District

Wonderful place with great food and drinks. Really friendly bartenders and personnel. We opted for the Brussels sprouts (the best we’ve ever had!), the salmon (so moist and crispy on top) and the Mediterranean plate. We also tried several of their signature cocktails, and were...not disappointed. Cozy place with a good vibe and atmosphere.More

I ordered the squash dish and banana bread pudding. It was gourmet cooking. Very good but also very expensive and very small portions. It was fine for me as I don't eat much but would be very expensive if you wanted a meal. This is...more of a place to just get one small thing and a drink.More

Their ordering system is currently randomly assigning table numbers to orders and I’ve never witnessed such a screwed up operation in my many years of travel. Our waiter was actually very pleasant and professional but we watched the confused looks of servers faces as they...had to guess where items should be delivered. Let me just say this. It’s a nice place, what should be a good concept and what food we did receive was very good. BUT the biggest issue of the night turned out to be “the manager” as he took part of our order first to the next table. Then to anyone part of the restaurant. Maybe even outside. Then dropped the item back by the bar/ kitchen. Then he got another item, picked up the first item and wandered back and forth trying to figure out who the two items belonged to. Then after considerable delay he brought the items to us AND I REFUSED them!! Who wouldn’t! We finally got this course but we were too upset to continue. Dinner ended abruptly without a final course, without dessert, without coffee. I’ve never had such a bad experience and I encourage others to AVOID this establishment. There are lots of better choicesMore

My husband and I enjoyed a date night at Level last night, and although it was overall a good meal we were left disappointed. We shared the chips and salsa with crab meat (very fresh), mojo tacos (the highlight), brussel sprouts (always amazing), and duck...risotto (good but super salty). Then we ordered dessert...always our reason for going to Level! The Banana bread pudding came and I immediately thought there was a mistake...two tiny pieces of cold bread pudding (about two bites each) with a smear of some kind of sauce, and a thin slice of a banana on the side (literally less than 1/8th of a banana)!! It used to be the best dessert...warm, gooey, covered in chocolate and caramel, with the best brûléed banana on top!! At that point the restaurant had become uncomfortably overcrowded and loud, and our poor server (who was awesome!) was drowning. The last thing I wanted to do was complain to him about it...so instead we gave him the big tip he deserved and here's my complaint! PLEASE bring back the old bread pudding!!More

As a foodie had to write a review to say the food here is outstanding. We had the lettuce salad, Salmon, scallops and mojo pork tacos as well as chocolate cake and banana bread pudding for dessert. We did sit outside at the end of...a hot day and enjoyed the cocktails too. While we did not develop an emotional bond with our server, the service was mostly prompt and efficient. Was recommended by locals and deserves a little more credit on TripAdvisor as a delicious alternative to the more centralized and touristy fare.More

Went here for my daughter's birthday. We ordered 4 small plates for 3 people, which was sufficient for small eaters like my daughter and myself, I am not sure about bigger eaters or men. We started off with the Crab and Arancini, which had 3...Arancini balls and crab in the center. Next, we got the Calamari followed by the Chorizo Dip and Pastrami Salmon Board. I did not care for the chorizo dip, but the other 3 were very good. They are following COVID restrictions very well, so I would suggest you get a reservation. Our waitress was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. It is a cute little restaurant in Downtown Annapolis.More

Level a has some interesting choices on its menu like fried brussel sprouts and chicharrones, generous cheese plates and individual servings of items like pork sliders. The signature portion of the menu is definitely the craft cocktails. A habanero-infused drink was a highlight, although the...drinks tend more towards the sweeter/tropical style. While the choices were strong, I just wasn't blown away overall by the taste. It's a great place, but wasn't memorable overall.More

My companion and I just had dinner at Level. Friendly staff, Courtney our server was attentive and upbeat. We enjoyed Mediterranean plate as an appetizer- tasty for sure. We then shared Brussels sprouts-flavorful but a bit oily, Root vegetables- good texture but a bit bland,...Duck confit risotto was very good, pork slider was good but a bit dry. Dessert- goat cheese cheese cake- I really liked it but then I like goat cheese! I recommend and would try it again when in Annapolis.More

I didn't see a kids menu. This seems more like a place for those who are of drinking age to patron
