Taste is not fresh and this is not Italian food. The meat comes out dry and flavorless and the pasta sauce tastes canned or bottled. Completely overrated.

Second time we visited Andolino's with our team. Overall good experience. Nice atmosphere with a very passionate waiter. Choice and quality of the food is good, but lacks a bit of refinement. Must say that waiting time for orders etc was a bit oong the second time, compared to first visit. Overall good experience, lacking the wow..

The night that we were there the noise level in the dining room was excessive. Service was slow and the prices were fair, except for the pasta plate for my 4 year old grand daughter. They charged about $11 for a plate of buttered pasta with a glass of milk.

Not a lot of good restaurant choices in Andover... this one is a great find. Italian food, delicious pizza, and usually pretty quiet on a weeknight for dinner.

We consider ourselves semi regulars at the Andolini's bar, so we decided to invite another couple for an early dinner on Sat Oct 1. Unfortunately, two other couples decided to bring their young children to have dinner in the lounge. The kids sprawled out in the booth while the parents drank and ate, seemingly oblivious to the disruption and lack... More

I came her with a group of about 10 for brunch on a Sunday. The restaurant was full, but not overly crowded. We waited at the Host stand for probably about 10 minutes before anyone even greeted us (and we had called ahead to let them know we were coming). Once we were seated, it took at least 20 minutes... Cannot figure out why Andover restaurants are almost universally poor (exception: Yella), but Andolini's continues the losing streak. Dim, lousy drinks, poor service, and ordinary chow at expensive prices make this one to avoid.

My husband and I have heard rave reviews of Andolini's, so we decided to give it a try. Sorry to say that we were disappointed. The waitress had lots of tables and we felt like we were bothering her. We waited a long time to order drinks and again for food. Then the appetizer and salads came out two minutes... More

Excellent service and delicious food. We had a party of 14 and the staff did a wonderful job taking care of everyone. The waitress went above and beyond to serve us quickly. Our thanks to the waitress and chef for meeting the gluten free needs of one of our guests. We have no complaints!

I choose this restaurant for a dinner date with my daughters. Not impressed with the service and the food was okay Food presentation is poor for a "high end place" my drink was watered down because the mixer was flat (that was their excuse) I am sorry I chose this place for our dinner night. By the way dessert was... More
