Our dinner here was excellent. We asked the chef what he recommended and ordered that and it fully exceeded any expectations. Everything was fresh, interesting, perfectly seasoned, and so delicious! The atmosphere, service, and food were all lovely. The prices were not cheap, but as the food was outstanding that value was very good.

Very good Italian restaurant. Small and personable little cafe restaurant. The staff are very attentive.

We come here multiple times every time we're in Antigua because it's just so good! We've been there for romantic evenings as well as business dinners, so very versatile! The atmosphere is lovely. It's a very intimate setting and they owner comes by your table to explain the pastas of the day (they are different all the time) - don't... More

My family and I absolutely love this place since its beginnings 10+ years ago. The owner is friendlier now than before which makes us love it even more. The wine, the food, the pasta, the deserts everything is great and it's quite central. Super recommended!

Always delicious pasta (authentic italian by the way) and not expensive. A quiet place where you can have a nice dinner and one have a conversation with your friends. Also nice for a romantic dinner.

You can tire quickly of Central American food, and if where you're tired of it is Antigua, there is a splendid alternative in Caffè Mediterraneo, an Italian restaurant with a limited and variable menu, hand-scrawled on an overhead board each meal. The pasta course and the seafood second course would pass muster anywhere in Italy. The night I was there... More

For me was a badly experience. The food is not spectacular. The service is not good. The environment is normal nothing special. The owner always with the same poker face!. The wine is very expensive. We paid $140 US dollars per couple for a simple pasta. We had problems with two credit cards, the bank suspended because someone clones them.... More

Are you willing to endure a "Im doing you a favor letting you eat here" kind of service...? Are you a bit masochist, hipster style, we enjoy where we aren't welcome type of person? Then this is your place. I heard so many good things about the food (everyone, however, gave me a heads up about the "No soup for... More
