I've been in Antigua for a few weeks and I've been coming to Urbano almost everyday for their coffee. I'm no coffee expert so I can't tell if one cup of coffee is that much better than another. But I come back here over and over because the people who work here are so friendly. They even change the music... More

With so many coffee shops to choose from in Antigua, there are only a small few that are above average compared to the rest of the pack. Cafe Urbano is one of the pack. The coffee is good but so are the rest. The ambiance is OK but nothing great. The prices are comparable to others. There is nothing to... More

The atmosphere is nothing special and overall Cafe Urbano seems to cater to a low budget client. The quesadillas are good and so is the pizza given their price points. But, there are most definatley better places in town for the same type of food. They alow dogs which is not something we enjoyed while eating. Service was very good.

Found this hidden gem when I was walking around Antigua looking for different places to drink and hang out. Lorena and Victoria (the owners) made me feel really welcome and ended up hanging out for several hours. Met additional cool people while hanging out. They also have movie nite. Cool artistic drawings and paintings on the walls. Definitely a chill... More

For me there is nothing special about this Cafe. There are many, many Cafes that claim to have the best coffee but I didn't find this to be anything better than most others. The ambiance appeals to more of a younger crowd. Service was friendly.

Fantastic and artistic designs greet ur eyes as u drift inside. Then a wide mix of known classic music from every genre weaves into your ears and makes u want to keep your own headphones and iTunes off for a while. If the amazing owner is present, you might fall into a hopeless love. This is the coolest and most... More

This is a great spot if you're looking for something tasty but more healthy than the typical fare. And with funky handmade furniture on the menu, the atmosphere stays fresh. The place is brimming with art, has a rich collection of books and board games, and also hosts regular events (eg, movies). The service is superb and the English-speaking owner... More

I've been to Cafe Urbano a couple of times and I definitely will go back again. The atmosphere is casual and relaxing, they allow dogs :) and their food is tasty. I've had pizza both times I've been there and an iced frap (yum!!) It's nice to be in a cafe that is different and so welcoming. I also love... More
