After our small lunch we decided to go somewhere for a coffee and a dessert. We were walking toward our place when we saw this small hole int he wall. We entered and discovered a real nice place. Very small, kitchen is within the dinning area. The food look very authentic and home made. The smell was awesome. We ordered... More

There are a lot of such restaurants in the old part of town. But this is one of the best. Cooked traditional food, which is cooked for hundreds of years. Dalmatian stew. Shellfish - mussels. Shrimps. The cook knows how to make the traditional way.

Served the only red wine they had, evaporated house wine, cooled in fridge in a busty glass and charged it as if a sorted wine well served.

We had a delicious meal here even though it was scary to get a whole fish (including eyes) served! Definitely worth a visit if you want to try local food!

Great, cozy, "at home" hospitality, convenient location within Palace, BUT the best Melt-in-the Mouth Tuna Steak of my life! Served directly off the stove, 30 seconds to your plate. Unforgettable. (Everything else was nice, too)

Food and wine was ok. A bit slow service. It took time to get our dishes. However the place was crowded. Cannot put a great note, but I'm sure in a regular time they are doing good.

Great place to eat just close by the cathedral. Only a short walk from the more expensive eateries and really delicious. We opted for the fish stew and pasta with clams. The later usually comes with mussels but it was no drama to have it without because of a spectacular allergy. All food cooked to order so this was easy... More

We were a 2 generation family of adults just spent 4 days in Split and came back here 3 times. Sharing many dishes gave us variety of food and liked friendly atmosphere especially when you come for lunch and two ladies are there. - we had some real feasts.
