My partner and I had dinner here just because it was a few meters away from our room. The prices were good and the waiters were friendly and fast. But the food was just avarage. Not bad but not amazing. I would go there again but my advice is, don't expect to much.

This was undoubtably the worst 'risotto' I have ever had. It was nothing more than boiled rice soup packed with salt. Disgusting! We also had the tuna that was certainly not fresh and the side spinach was full full of grit. The only reason it is getting one star is because I have to. Server was notified about the food... More

We visited this restaurant because the reviews were good. However it was more than disappointing in Dalmatina. . Definitely not great food, just ordinary. Server was quite grumpy. No garnish with meal, it could have been a takeaway. The takeaway Nana on the next street did the same dish ten times better. We got the chicken dish which was very... More

Love the tuna, lamb & the chocolate cake. Great food at reasonable prices in the old town. Friendly staff.

The food was fantastic. We ordered Bream, Sea bass, and a mixed seafood platter with scallops, prawns, Tuna etc. The food was cheap and half of what you'd expect to pay for food like this in England. Nice little restaurant away from the busy tourist spots. The outdoor seating was nice and the service was excellent. Cannot complain given the... More

But given that I'm Italian, I should say this konoba is just average...so my advice is: keep in mind that you are in Croatia so don't expect what you might expect at home...nevertheless if you are German of let's say English...come here and have a royal dinner XD What I did like was for sure the service, waiters were excellent... Saw this place has been recommended so we thought we'd give it a try. A bit hidden down a small street near the livelier part of town but was worth the find. Food was delicious and good value, I can recommend the sea bream! Often dishes are stated as coming with 'garnish', which in the sea bream case meant potatoes... More

The prices are pretty low and there isn't a lot of diversity in food but it's nice and tasty. The staff is great though.

It's a small lovely restaurant situated in Zadar's old town area. Fabulous value for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
