Visited recently the "new" pastry shop, but wasn't impressed by the atmosphere and the selection of pies and sweets. The suberek (traditional turkish pie, hard to find anywhere else than Constanta) was cold, but fortunately not too oily. Nice garden outside, too bad the inside looks old and tired. Good free wifi offered!
Quite busy during my visit, food was not bad and people were friendly, i had problem with internet connection. Parking was also fine. Everything was fast price was reasonable, so i if you don't expect too much its place where you don't have to be afraid to go.

This was next to my Hotel so it was easy to call in each night on the way back. Good range of beers etc. saw some of the good and was not tempted. Free WiFi which was good. The whole place needs a good tidy up but other than that pleasant staff and toilets were clean.

The food is quite poor (and cold :( ), the prices are very big for what you will receive instead and the place is not so clean.
The hall is bit big and not cozy. But this place is worth to visit due to excellent traditional Romanian cuisine. Dishes very good coocked and served. Big portions! Reasonable price. Many thanks to the waiter (middle ages man with perfect manners).
