We had a very nice, clean large room in the main building. John and Jen were great hosts, making us feel at home and helping us out with leisure activities. The staff in the bar were always on the ball when we were there and there was nothing to complain about. The food including breakfast was always good in our... More

Great Australian Bar. Staff are atentive, (esp Noi) food good value and as expected, safe and fresh. The beer is cold. Host John Crozier will make you welcome but be ready for dissapointment if you are looking to be pampered and spoiled, the place has more character and substance than sophisticated class.

Food is crap. Ordered sausage rolls which had almost no sausage in them and were definitely microwaved and soggy! Also had a steak sandwich and the steak was chewer than eating the table. The chips were incredibly greasy and soggy and having worked in fast food restaurants for 10+ Years that oil definitely hasn't been changed in months. Definitely would... More

Was quiet the evening I visited, just a few customers. Had a couple of beers and chatted some. Enjoyed the relaxed setting. Plenty of TV screens, probably would be full on one of the sports nights/days.

We stopped by for some drinks two evenings ago. There were only a few other customers. The staff seemed to find it an inconvenience that we arrived and didn't seem happy when all we wanted for drinks, no food. Table service was provided. Towards the end they came and gave us our bill as indication that they wanted us to... More

This is the place to go in Luang Prabang to watch footy - AFL. GO CROWS!. Plenty of TV's, so viewing is good. They offer Western food, I wasn't hungry, but I saw plenty & it looked good. I also had a look at their accommodation, which looked pretty good, reasonably priced & very clean. Service is good, the place... More

I came here for western food, a few beers and to watch the Liverpool match. I ordered the fish and chips it was delicious and a big portion. The food was on the pricey side but it was worth it. I stayed after food to watch the Liverpool match which wasn't on till late. When the match started not so... More

The restaurant feels more like being in Australia than Laos: Western food, western music, western tv-programmes. The rooms are spacious, comfy and clean. But they're are not super-quiet. You can here noises from both bar and the street - on a bearable level, I think. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Perfect setting for people-watching! Great comfort food and attentive service. Good selection of beers, ciders + cocktails. Best venu in town!
