Healthy, nutritious, and delicious food that wont leave you feeling lethargic. Unlike most Indian places, the food here is exceptionally healthy. You actually feel better after you eat it. Also, the owner is awesome, he tells about the product and will be more than happy to give you a biochemistry lesson if you ask. I cant say enough good things.... More

I really appreciate the care and thought that the owner has put into the food that is served. The focus is on healthy organic food that is created with care and intended to truly nourish the body. The Monk's Green Mung Soup is delicious.

Cheap but tasty "street food" with interesting flavor combinations but all really satisfying. Lots of crunchy bits in the chaat combine with the softer bits like potato/peas. Not really like any Indian food I have tasted before, but that this unique place is a good find. Hard to read menu, small font but everything we ordered was delicious and <$10.

I love the offerings here. Very tasty. Healthy. And reasonably priced. Check out the story of chef/owner Swaroop Bhojani on the wall when you visit.

I ordered two things. The samosa wrap roll was really not good- like a smashed samosa, fairly devoid of flavor, in a tortilla with a bunch of lettuce. The papdi chaat was better, and had some of the flavor I was expecting (I lived in India so I know what papdi chaat should taste like) but again was kind of... More

The food is delicious and healthy. Indian spices add interest. The "power of seven" smoothie is outrageously tasty. The tikka paneer wrap is also excellent.

I have eaten at this restaurant twice, and both times have been great experiences. Most of the menu is vegan, and eating here made me believe that vegan food can be hearty, tasty, and filling. The owners are very nice and will strike up conversation with you if you are interested in the food or want to know more about... More

Hut-K Chaats is owned and operated by a professor at U of M who's sole focus is to provide nutritious and delicious cuisine! The menu is packed full of vegan options! I went with a lunch group of 7 and the service is fast and friendly. Very flavorful, healthy and cruelty-free, what more can you ask for?

Four of us wandered into this place expecting ordinary Indian food. The number of good menu choices was overwhelming. Fresh and mostly vegan, we were simply blown away by how good the food is.
