We came here for lunch on a Friday before a home game. This location seemed understaffed and our wait was longer than expected. Tried to order their "famous" onion rings and we were told they were out. About 15 mins later, we saw another table...get an order of the rings.!?! Our waitress was very absent minded and probably had too many tables. Manager never came over to check on us. Food was very average and their prices seemed a little high. Most of the above issues, I won't place all the blame on Red Robin. Much of this comes from supply chain shortages, illogical COVID policies, inflation, and absurd national domestic policy.More
Waited 15 extra minutes for 2 burgers to malts. Received 1 burger 2 malts. Gave us cold burger waited for fresh burger. So, that's their customer service? No discount, malts warm from waiting. Last time, no condiments on burgers. When are we supposed to start...getting service we Pay for. Let alone get our food!More
Had some time to kill and needed a place for lunch. Many eateries in the area were closed do to staffing issues. This store was open and only had a limited amount of tables due to staffing. Team that was there did a nice job....Food did not take too long and the server was attentive. Got what we expected visiting a Red Robin. It did not seem that the lack of staff negatively impacted service. Will be back if we are ever in Ann Arbor, Michigan.More
Did curbside pick up. Order was ready within 15 minutes of online ordering. Food was warm and they added napkins, forks etc without us asking. Pick up was easy and friendly.
They charge you for 2 drinks if you ask for a double and they dont warn you. So if your drink costs $7 normal most places charge you $9 for a double. This place charges you $14 and their drinks are weak. I'll never eat...at another red Robin's after this visit. My coworker had 4 drinks with this visit yet was charged $62 for drinks (before tip). Our sweet waitress Riley felt bad but the manager didnt care and said "that's how we do things here". I will never eat at another red Robin's especially this location where they punish people who order drinks with their meal. Their burgers arent even that good, I can get better at chilis.More
We ate here twice this past week while in Ann Arbor for four days. The first time (Friday afternoon) was really nice. We had a good server named Donny. There was a great IPA on draft, and, despite the fact the french fries were HEAVILY...SEASONED, we all enjoyed our food selections. We ate here again this past Monday night. The service was ok at first, but, it took well over 1/2 hour to get our food order. My sister's was cold but didn't say anything because she was starving plus she had an hour drive home and had to get going. My salad (basically a chicken and avocado cobb salad) was really good and HUGE. My parents seemed happy with their selections. So, the real issue was our server seemed to forget about our food, we had to get someone else to get it, and some of it was cold.More
Five of us stopped to get lunch yesterday. Our waitress was very cheerful and helpful. Came back to check on us to see if everything was to our satisfaction and also to refill our drinks and asked if we wanted more fries, etc. Will certainly...stop there again...the burgers we had were excellent! Not dried out but still juicy.More
the restaurant was easy access, was easy to order, the food came with the correct sides, the drinks were caffeinated and quick to arrive. the bathrooms were clean. The service was friendly and they remembered our family as we came often during the move.
I'm not usually a fain of Red Robin and was disappointed when my children requested it as we were returning from a Baseball game. We were dehydrated and hungry. Our server never let our beverages run dry, and I'm guessing that with the 4 of...us, we went through 10 refills, most of them before the food arrived. Two of us were children, and she served them french fries very shortly after we ordered. I should note that the restaurant was full, and our waitress was running. Along with being an efficient server, she was cordial, great with the kids, and had an excellent sense of humor. The food was fine, I just wish they had a smaller burger on the menu. If you wish to share our fun experience, ask for Angelica to be your server.More
This was mine and my boyfriends first time ever going to a Red Robin. When we first got there it looked pretty busy and when we walked in there was a hostess who was tall with brown hair, I did not catch her name but...she was hustling, busing tables, and making sure everybody got the table thy wanted still with a smile on her face, she was doing great. Then when we were sat I THINK Olivia was our servers name, she was fantastic. Very friendly even though she was very busy. The food was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. I eat SOOOO many burgers and I am so mad this was only my first time coming here because it was THE best burger I have ever had. 10/10 recommend!!!More
I am not one of those 'chain restaurant' people either, preferring to support local family owned eateries. However, this place is near the main freeways in Ann Arbor so it's easy to find and the staff was very accommodating when I had to wait about...20 minutes for my late guests. Child menu and portions were much welcome! I split the Mad Love burger (which I am madly in love with!) and fries with one of my guests and it was absolutely fabulous...plenty for lunch for two persons. Would easily come back again if meeting others, but perhaps not by myself or with my husband.More
We are from Canada and try to get to a Red Robin a few times a year while we travel for golf tournaments in the States. Had the Bonzai burger with a side salad and a Guinness shake. Burger was quite flavourful and I could...have used 3 more napkins it was so juicy. The shake was good but not as boozy as I would have liked; tasted just like a regular chocolate shake. There are so many ways to customize your burger and many side choices.More
This was my first visit since they moved from the old Carpenter Road location. The new location is perfect for me. Close to my office and great place for lunch. Their Gourmet Burgers are as good as you will find anywhere. I ordered the Haystack...Tavern Double, a Clamdiggers Clam Chowder, a cup of Chicken Tortilla Soup and a Draft Beer. The service was a tad slow but the quality of the burger made up for it. The place is a little noisy when kids are there. Parking is good.More
Of course, Red Robin is known for their burgers which are excellent. My grandkids (8 & 4) are picky eaters but were happy to try Red Robin (instead of their ever popular "McD"- adult win!) & ate all their food! YAY! The place was not...busy & our server was so-so. Food was excellent!More
